The vehicle was not maintained properly and only had 1/4 gallon of coolant out of 3 gallons. It overheated and left us stranded on the highway for 4 hours. It caused us to miss the closing of our home and an extra day of hotel fees. The pickup location lied about the maintenance and was very rude. Terrible nightmare!!!!

This location is great. It's a smaller branch with lots of equipment. The lady in the office is always super friendly, it makes it feel like a small town business should, like neighbors where everyone knows everyone! Second time renting there and second great experience.

Nobody there I am contesting charges of fuel and late fees. I returned early and put gas in truck. The lady I was talking to said she was not an official uhaul site yet they are a dealer. She hung up on me during the call.

It was a great pickup I was running late uhaul changed my pickup time put it to online pickup it was fast easy and off I went only to be raining the whole afternoon and evening and the next day so was a bit of bad timing on my part caught the aftermath of the hurricane that hit down the south coast but overall the rental experience was the only good thing out of the moving back to New Mexico felt like Texas was trying to tell me to stay LOL THANK YOU UHAUL for another about my 5-6 rental in the last few years for a great rate great pickup and drop off nice clean well maintained roomy modern Truck GO-UHAUL!

There was no-one there when I arrived, but a note on the door with a number to call, but no-one answered when I called. Fortunately there was a sign on the wall with a URL for 24/7 check-in, so I followed the online instructions and that worked very well. This was in the middle of the day. By the time I'd finished a lady arrived to open the office, and she did not wear a mask.
