Unfortunately u-Haul moved my pick up location and sent me the wrong address. I called the number provided and was able to fix it however, I ended up going about 20 miles round trip out of my way. I addressed this with the lady at the U-Haul center and she said it has happened before. I hope Someone actually reads this and U-Haul can somehow make this right..

Angie O.The staff was not friendly, and did not check damaged point and gas gage at the truck. I used 40 miles and fill the gas around 10 dollars, but she charged additional gas fee , 16 dollars more. I used to use u haul service, and also I have a plan to use this service. But it was terrible experience.

James K.There was no one there to answer any questions and the number they provided on the door to call for help was a wrong number. My trailer was stuck on the tow ball and I had to disconnect my hitch and drive the hitch out to remove it. Also that trailer was very rusty and needs some maintenance before it is rented out again.
Shanquan K.They had the wrong lock set up on door when i finished loading unit. No one on site and no one answered phone for hours. When closing unit out once again no one around for over a week. The credit issued should have been more since I emptied a week earlier. Elizabeth was the worker and was never on-site when needed. Terrible experience
Eric C.the lady that works there was very rude. my appointment was for 1200. i got busy so i went online and changed to 130. i was doing some work at the house i was moving out and i did not hear her call me. when i did look at my phone she had called and text so i told her i had moved my appt to 130. she said she didnt get it so i went back online and there had been a technical issue with the website which was not my fault. i took a screen shot of it.. when i got there at 130 to pick up the vehicle the lady was very rude and seemed annoyed telling me how she was supposed to be going to lunch at 1200. she was the only person in the office. I was confused as to why they have 1200 available as a pick up time when she is mad because she goes to lunch at 1200. they should have 1200 to 100 blocked out if that is her lunch time. then when i went to take the truck back she was gone then she drove up as i was putting the key in the after hour box. then she was rude saying the key does not fit in the box. and she was annoyed that i was putting the key in there saying i may break it. well why would they have a key drop box that the key does not fit in.. super crazy.. then u get mad at the customer..

I understand her frustration and the reason for it, but I would not have known the preferred method of check in. . She did relax a little and was pleasant before I left. I think it would help if it was clear that online check in would be preferred for after hours if that is the case

Nathaniel D.We did not have cell service in this area and needed to drop off a truck after hours. This made it very difficult with the app to take the photos and submit. You all should just ask customers to take photos with time/date stamp to provide if there is a concern after the vehicle is inspected. Over all good app but not if in an area with no cell service.

Michael P.We appreciate the communication of the manager at Corinth Mini Storage, as she was friendly and professional when helping us with our reservation. However, the pick up experience for the UHaul the day of was not an easy process as it took 25+ mins for us to access the UHaul. Halfway through the trip, the engine would not turn over and UHaul customer service never returned any of our calls as we waited for roadside assistance. The UHaul's dashboard also completely went out. Please check the maintenance of UHauls before they are rented out.
Joshua J.The vehicle was not maintained properly and only had 1/4 gallon of coolant out of 3 gallons. It overheated and left us stranded on the highway for 4 hours. It caused us to miss the closing of our home and an extra day of hotel fees. The pickup location lied about the maintenance and was very rude. Terrible nightmare!!!!

The facility was well cared for, staff was always great, billing via auto draft was good with monthly communication as to when the draft would take place. All was good. We are elderly and have reached the time when we need to downsize and relinquish things we though we needed to save, thus the reason for our leaving Corinth Mini Storage good service.
