No one at location when I got there. They showed up later. I got calls from U-Haul about the equipment overdue because this location did not check equipment in for 3 days and left equipment parked on street with tow dolley, appliance dolley and blankets .

evelyn gThe U-Haul agent was not at the location and I waited for two hours. BUT, U-Haul did call me after an hour and had their field agent, Jacob Brown, come to the location. He was extremely helpful, kind and thoroughly made the wait tolerable. When I pulled away with the trailer I felt no worries of the safety and reliability of the rental. High kudos to him and all the customer service reps who followed up with me.
Clare RMy pickup spot changed on me as well as my original drop off spot. But I understand they are probably moved as to where they are needed.

LAURIE RMy problem was why did you make me drive over 50 miles to drop the truck when I could have drop it off in here in Palmdale many places here and you chose to send me almost 50 miles away the was not right.

Martin MI returned the equipment (tralier) 3 days early and expected a refund for the days unused. Why did that not happen?
Mike BTruck is advertised at 39.95 per day.' Then 99c is added for every mile nice and quietly. 800 dollars was never quoted to me. I'm sure it was in the receipt packt that was handed to me to sign but I didn't for the life of me think my bill would exceed 200. How can you Improve? Stop Baiting people with 39.95 when there is no way they will pay that. that is the cost of signing your contract, only. the price changes the seconds I move the truck - Its false advertising Second, If you know you are charging your customer 850 dollars when you advertise 40 dollars it might be a good Idea to clearly state that the cost of the rental is ESTIMATED $850 I contacted customer service to figure out how this can be resolved. Seems like they are trained more on how to tactfully tell me I am wrong than find out if there is a real issue...Casually explaining to me why changing the price of my bill is normal and confused why it would be an issue. Telling me where I dropped off the truck, and when I correct them, casually telling me I'm wrong. so that can maybe change too. There is too much, just too much for me to explain here. I feel very much like Uhaul stopped really caring about customers and more about making more money. - There are other companies. I'll go there from now on

Joe Jtried dropping off trailer during business hours. no employees were present. tried to check in with app for 40 minutes while nobody arrived to help. app was unable to complete drop off process. was left with no other option but to leave my trailer in the lot, without getting it checked in by anyone, or app. it wont surprise me if they try to charge me extra for “after hours” drop off, although this charge, like there posted hours, would also be fraudulant
Adam CI had trouble with the ignition key. It either would not go in the receptacle to start the truck or would lock in the ignition so that I could not get the key out. It took sometimes 5 minutes or over to get the key to work.

Wes MThey did not warn me about folding up the furniture pads when returning the truck. I was slammed with a $%0 cleaning fee for folding blankets. What a classical American Scam by Uhaul.
Hemal SGet rid of all the sell on’s (or make the “not interested bottom more visible ”) when reserving equipment.
Kevin NMy only suggestion is to make the key drop-off box more visible. I found it eventually. I picked up and dropped off during non-business hours. The process was a bit long, but convenient. The vehicle was clean and in excellent shape.
Kathleen MI was supposed to return this to a different location, but they refused the drop off as she said they had no space for the truck. It took me over an hour on the phone (40 minutes of wait time to speak to a human) before the location for drop off could be changed. Then while attempting to use the app for an after hours drop off, it allowed me to enter the mileage and amount of gas, however when I took the picture the continue button would light but when pushed I received an error please upload picture. After several attempts I recalled the person helping me and they placed a note on the contract that I had troubles with the app. I was told lock the truck and put the keys in the drop box (mail slot in the door) and the vehicle would be checked in Monday when the facility reopened. From when I began at the first location to finally completed this process took me over two hours. Unacceptable!!

Erick HHad to go to three locations to get truck and back to first location to get auto hauler. Dirty windows and slightly below full...wasted a lot time going to other locations and no truck. It was confirmed that truck & trailer were at one location days before and payment made.
Michael WOne man shop, no instructions on drop off if manager is sick, which was the case. Spent over 30 minutes on hold before getting instructions on how to drop off the trailer.
SEAN HVery poor communication at this location. We waited over an hour to pick up our vehicle. When calling customer service, we were transferred multiple times with nobody able to help. The 24-7 pick up is an absolute disaster!

Deborah NNo furniture dolly. I paid for a furniture dolly, but it was not in the truck and the location was closed that day. I called twice the next week to at least get a refund on that part of the rental, but they didn’t answer. As far as the online reservation part of it, it was pretty good.
