If the business hours say open, I believe the business should be opened. Trying to reach a real person on the phone wasn’t an option. Dropping the truck off at another uhaul location was not an option. I feel like this is done purposely for extra charges. Also, when did picking up a truck with only 10 miles of fuel left be a thing! I basically left the location and went directly to the gas station. All being said, this location is not recommended due to poor customer service. Lesson was learned to always just rent from the actual uhaul locations.

The agent acted as though we were a bother. I had to make 3 separate trips to and from the vehicle, parked 40 yards away, for various check in items. On the 3rd trip to retrieve blankets, I was told I needed to fold them even though they were not folded at pick up. Despite not using any of the blankets during the day's rental, I was charged for missing blankets...
