This is a good place. The pickup was difficult, but that was due to having to do it all on the phone in the rain. It was not the fault of CPD.

There was nobody around to ask questions, and the online check-in process was a little difficult to navigate. Good location, though!
Annette KTook over an hour to try and use the mobile pick up. Had to call customer service. The back of the truck was covered in water and had to clean out myself. When returning it the app and mobile website was not working. Spent a half hour trying to make it work and ended up having to call customer service again.

KEN BThe attendant was friendly and helpful on the phone when I scheduled my pickup time. Upon arriving at the location (10 minutes prior to my scheduled pick-up) I was greeted by a locked door and a hand written "back around 12:30" sign. Seeing as I was early and 12:30 was my scheduled pickup time I was initially not worried. However the attendant did not return until 12:50. Normally I would forgive a 20 minute delay but on this particular day I had another appointment scheduled for 1:00 and needed the trailer for said appointment. When all was said and done I ended up being 30 minutes late for my appointment. I find it extremely unprofessional to schedule a pickup for a time that they would not be present.
timmothy mWhen I set up the rental I told the representative that I would be bringing it back the next day in the evening. I was only charged for 24hrs and then when I dropped off the truck I was charged an extra day. It was not discussed or explained to me about the extra charges. I would not have picked up the truck Friday morning If I would have known it would be counted as 2 days and not 1.

kyle hThe Gas! I recently rented a truck that got 9.3 miles to the gallon. I drove a total of 26 miles. Ok , so 26 miles divided by 9.3 is 2.8 gallons of gas. So let's say I used 3 gallons. So I returned truck, needle is thick so it's still on the 1/4 tank of gas. I get my final bill emailed receipt and U-Haul charged me for 8 gallons of gas which was $40 and a Fee to get gas another $30. So I asked what do you do when I return truck with more gas? I was told you donated it, because the don't credit more gas than you left. So to not be charged these fees, put the exact amount of gas in it.

Joshua SThe truck was real dirty. Both inside the cab and out. Just kinda gross. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice to pick it up clean. Also the 12v plug wasn’t working. It’s pretty necessary to have that operable to charge your phone to have GPS. I ended up tracking down the blown fuse and replaced it. Again not a huge deal but just would have expected everything to work. I’m not real upset and I’ll use uhaul again. It did the job.

mike gHad issues getting keys from lock box because online sign in would go so far and not give a code. The 2 reps that I spoke to had the same issue. Finally, the last rep was able to get me the code to retrieve the keys. The truck also a check gas cap notice that did not go away even with multiple attempts to re cap the same.

Mary LThe turn in after hours ap is crap. Continuously asking for a more recent picture. Then had to relog in a d restart process 6 times. Ended up taking 39 pictures and wasting 45 minutes before contacting customer service for help turning in vehicle. Was then put on call back for 14 minutes before getting a nice associate to assist in getting the vehicle turned in after hours. Fix the damed ap.

Rachael SI was a bit upset, they didn't have the size truck I had ordered. They put me in a 20 ft, they I didn't need. But I needed a truck, cost me hundred more to rent, wasn't in my budget. But, I had no choice. It wasn't the location that did this. It was the uhaul company.
