I dropped it off at night time.
DANIEL KTruck wasn't where it was suppose to be. No signage saying to call to get let in. Had to stand outside for about 5 minutes waiting on someone to come after I called.
KIMBERLY SWhen I arrived to p/u the trailer - it was difficult to figure out where to pick it up at …Therefore I called…The worker who answered the phone was helpful in directing me where to go, but he smelled of marijuana when I met him and took a personal call while he was helping me. As this was an automotive detail business several cars had to be moved out of the way to access the trailer…Once those were moved the worker was very helpful in getting it hitched up to my truck…
ed pJeffery wes very cordial and listened to the video I made of the windshield leak. He felt bad and said I should file a complaint and ask for a refund on the rental. I did.

Heather BI did not accept the insurance, as I'm covered by my carrier, but was charged anyway. I called the location to fix this on my bill and credit my account, but I have not heard back from them.

Darrell BThey went out of their way to get me rented and on my way. However, I rented from the corporate U-Haul in Royalton because corporate always does a better job ensuring cleanliness and maintenance but was informed by the corporate location the week of pickup that they were unable to find a 26 foot truck. Understand I reserved the truck over a month ago. A previous renter must have hauled bags or bulk horse food as those pellets were the only thing swept from the floor.

Greg KThe Uhaul app did not complete the return and lost connection. The key drop box was not secure. The woman on the 1-800 number told me to leave the keys in the box. Did not feel good about this.
Anne KGood parking, but not clear if I could park in back lot or just up front, no signage. The key return locked prematurely and I had to leave key in shared businesses mailbox.

James KThe owner was friendly but smelled like weed. He also entered the wrong starting fuel amount. This led to me being charged on the back end. He also didn’t notice the crack on the windshield until I pointed it out to him. In short, this location screwed me over. UHAUL did as well because I had a location I trusted selected for pick up and UHAUL changed the pick-up location at the last minute.
Matthew KThe secured box where we were supposed to put the key in had the entire top missing so there was no where to put the key in. We had to call around and figure out where to take the key. After a day of moving, this is the last thing we wanted to deal with.

William BFirst of all, the rate was changed from $29.95 to $39.95 and no discount applied as promised by a representative. I reserved a 15' truck at $29.95, but when I tried to pick it up, the representative suggested to try a bigger truck at the same rate, and I said yes. However, the bigger truck back door was locked and it took so long to get the correct working code. i almost waited for more than hour. The guy said that a discount would be applied dur to long wait. But when I get the email for the final bill... big disappointment. There's no discount, but $10 added for the bigger truck. I am not sure if the guy was completely misleading me or the company system got screwed up. Please resolve this error asap. Thanks, Ben
BENJAMIN CNeed instructions in advance if personnel are not present. Someone else had to tell me where to drop off the truck and paperwork.
Luis TOur contract for return was not completed at time of return - we left truck more fuel than pick up - our mileage (took picture upon return) did not correspond with email receipt. Had to involve Recovery to get charges returned- charged for 4 additional days. If you use this facility don’t leave until you have all your paperwork!
