Truck wasn't where it was suppose to be. No signage saying to call to get let in. Had to stand outside for about 5 minutes waiting on someone to come after I called.

When I arrived to p/u the trailer - it was difficult to figure out where to pick it up at …Therefore I called…The worker who answered the phone was helpful in directing me where to go, but he smelled of marijuana when I met him and took a personal call while he was helping me. As this was an automotive detail business several cars had to be moved out of the way to access the trailer…Once those were moved the worker was very helpful in getting it hitched up to my truck…
ed pJeffery wes very cordial and listened to the video I made of the windshield leak. He felt bad and said I should file a complaint and ask for a refund on the rental. I did.
FRANCIS MIt was an excellent experience! The owner was very friendly and super helpful!
Heather BI did not accept the insurance, as I'm covered by my carrier, but was charged anyway. I called the location to fix this on my bill and credit my account, but I have not heard back from them.
