The vehicle was covered in road salt including the windshield. While moving my jeans, hats, salt, and my shoes had salt. The dealership is a minute away from a car wash. I know we just had a big storm however they should not be covered in salt when you pick them up also because it’s not good for, the vehicle in terms of rust. Otherwise, the van was great, the interior was clean, and I am always happy with the gas mileage with them.

Unfortunate cleanliness and preparedness with the vehicle. The first vehicle was so dirty and was showing a low tire pressure signal that I had to call Uhaul customer service to assess whether it was safe and reasonable to use the vehicle for my work. I am a disabled small business owner and my trip reservations are planned to accomodate my projects with arises, this is unneccessary and stressful hassle. The second vehicle I was offered and eventually used for my rental had a CONDOM PACKAGE under the seat, several foils of garbage, and dust. This is disgusting and if the vehicle was properly looked at for turnover for customers, I would have never had to see, experience, touch or move these items out of my way to ensure a decent travel. I had to laboriously sweep before I even put one parcel of my load in the vehicle.

The man and woman at Country Farms were friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, ever since I rented from Uhaul my email has been inundated with spam and phishing emails. This puts me at greater risk for identity theft. Very disappointing that Uhaul sees fit to profit from my data. Next time I will not be giving my email address. Also, I was asked to upload 7 or 8 photos of the van before I could drive it. It did not go smoothly and was very time consuming. This seems like something the owner should do.

Vehicle was high mileage and a complete rattle trap and was quite a bit of work to keep on the road from the loose steering. Broken vents and knobs didnt offer much. This vehicle has over 155k miles. Time to give it a rest.

Please see how long I have been a Uhaul customer. As a small business owner, artist entrepreneur, and disabled woman, Uhaul has helped me with various jobs and projects that have helped me personally and professionally. For that I am grateful. However, this has been the worst, most unneccessarily stressful experience I have ever been through. The man checking out my reservation #12458147, was refusing to rent me the vehicle on 11/4 because he and manager Jimmy wanted to overcharge my contract of 25mi to 200mi due to some arbitrary home-rule that doesn't apply to me. I had to call uhaul stressed out for a big project ahead in order for the person to rent out the vehicle I had reserved since 10/19. It was prejudicial and disgusting treatment; manager trying to tell me what to do with my rental during the duration of my usage. Returning the vehicle I received equally ice cold treatment from the location owner (the first person's father probably), for NO reason. I have had successful rentals in the past. They're paranoid and blindly applying rules to customers. I work hard to pay for a reliable rental such as Uhaul, and was deeply disappointed with my local reps' behavior and interactions with me.

I was very satisfied. I have rented twice and definitely would again. I rented on Halloween and our town has the largest Halloween parade in the area. I was able to return the vehicle the next morning which was much safer and sensible for all.

I wanted to pick up my truck and drop off my truck using the app. I didn't want to have to go into the store. However, the app crashed and wouldn't move through the process in either situation. I had to go into the store when I picked up my truck and when I dropped it off. This was extremely frustrating. The app is horrendous. The cab of the truck was less than great. A vent was broken, the truck was obviously old, and the box of the truck leaked water onto my belongings. The quality of the truck left a lot to be desired.

Got charged for insurance I didn’t ask for. Was told by someone that they would give me a discount because the original location didn’t have my truck and they made me travel 40 miles further at last minute. Can’t drive truck at night and racing as headlights and wipes are bad!! Truck had 120k miles.

I was apprehensive after reading some of the reviews but I had a good experience. Picking up the truck was quick and so was dropping off. The truck was well maintained and clean.

Mechanically the van was sound and the exterior was as expected with some scratches, dings, and dents. However, the interior van was very dirty and quite smelly. It appeared as maybe the previous person use it for plants and mulch as there were leaves mulch and dirt in the van. The smell was quite strong and quite offensive. I had to clean it out myself when I got it home before I could even begin to start moving. It delayed me for an hour. Also, I had a very difficult time with the app/website. At pickup I was kicked out and wasn’t allowed to finish signing out. Then when returning, it continuously closed at random time. I had to restart the return process at least a dozen times before finally completing the process.

Employees were rude and seem inconvenienced by my need for a uhaul. The “bed” of the uhaul was covered in what seemed like residue from bricks. Swept out bed myself.

I have filed a dispute over a fuel charge. I drove the truck 11 miles and put 3 gallons of gas in it prior to drop-off. Yet, I was charged for 4 additional gallons. It would help if the people at this location actually took the time to walk you through certain aspects of the rental instead of just waving you through. Only reason I might use this location again is it’s the only one in my town. They (and you) can and should do better.

Your app said 10 foot truck was sold out. I called and one was available. It was in Inconvenient to book through store. I got charged $15 for insurance I didn’t want. Not happy

The equipment we had payed for and reserved was not in the vehicle, as well as a bunch of scattered dirty blankets in it instead. After speaking with multiple customer service reps, we were told that we would have to pick our equipment up at a different location as it was not even present at our pickup reservation, despite having been paid for in advance. We were promised that we would be reimbursed for this additional mileage, as we had to drive out of our route to a second uhaul location to pick up our *reserved* equipment. Uhaul never issued the reimbursement, and has now overcharged us and is refusing to assist any further. The online service rep who contacted me blamed me and told me that he would not refund me, even though I did what I was told by a Uhaul representative.

They price they show me, s not match. When I check my statement, they over charge me. I can't even verify the price, because they written is too small, no bady can't read it. Something strange with that place.

The van stunk terrible. Like disgusting feet or dog ...we had to keep our windows open and a scarf around our mouths. I told the people on the phone and all they said was wow , sorry. If we brought it back smelling like that we would have had been charged for clean up. And .99 centa a mile is ridiculous
