Unfortunate cleanliness and preparedness with the vehicle. The first vehicle was so dirty and was showing a low tire pressure signal that I had to call Uhaul customer service to assess whether it was safe and reasonable to use the vehicle for my work. I am a disabled small business owner and my trip reservations are planned to accomodate my projects with arises, this is unneccessary and stressful hassle. The second vehicle I was offered and eventually used for my rental had a CONDOM PACKAGE under the seat, several foils of garbage, and dust. This is disgusting and if the vehicle was properly looked at for turnover for customers, I would have never had to see, experience, touch or move these items out of my way to ensure a decent travel. I had to laboriously sweep before I even put one parcel of my load in the vehicle.

The man and woman at Country Farms were friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, ever since I rented from Uhaul my email has been inundated with spam and phishing emails. This puts me at greater risk for identity theft. Very disappointing that Uhaul sees fit to profit from my data. Next time I will not be giving my email address. Also, I was asked to upload 7 or 8 photos of the van before I could drive it. It did not go smoothly and was very time consuming. This seems like something the owner should do.
EDWARD TVehicle was high mileage and a complete rattle trap and was quite a bit of work to keep on the road from the loose steering. Broken vents and knobs didnt offer much. This vehicle has over 155k miles. Time to give it a rest.
Rob PPlease see how long I have been a Uhaul customer. As a small business owner, artist entrepreneur, and disabled woman, Uhaul has helped me with various jobs and projects that have helped me personally and professionally. For that I am grateful. However, this has been the worst, most unneccessarily stressful experience I have ever been through. The man checking out my reservation #12458147, was refusing to rent me the vehicle on 11/4 because he and manager Jimmy wanted to overcharge my contract of 25mi to 200mi due to some arbitrary home-rule that doesn't apply to me. I had to call uhaul stressed out for a big project ahead in order for the person to rent out the vehicle I had reserved since 10/19. It was prejudicial and disgusting treatment; manager trying to tell me what to do with my rental during the duration of my usage. Returning the vehicle I received equally ice cold treatment from the location owner (the first person's father probably), for NO reason. I have had successful rentals in the past. They're paranoid and blindly applying rules to customers. I work hard to pay for a reliable rental such as Uhaul, and was deeply disappointed with my local reps' behavior and interactions with me.
Melanie GI was very satisfied. I have rented twice and definitely would again. I rented on Halloween and our town has the largest Halloween parade in the area. I was able to return the vehicle the next morning which was much safer and sensible for all.
