Received a call the day before our rental, around 4:30pm, shortly before the location closed for the day. We reserved 3 dozen moving blankets, but she only had 1 dozen. When asked how she was going to fix that, she said that was all she had and would adjust my reservation. I had to call Uhaul to request they have more moving blankets delivered for our reservation, follow up the next morning to confirm, etc. Uhaul told me they have area managers to take care of these issues and the location should have contacted Uhaul to get our supplies to the location. When we arrived at the location, she said the manager just dropped off the blankets. She also she knew I would be able to get Uhaul to get the blankets there but if she had called Uhaul it probably wouldn't have happened. There was no effort at all made by the location. Verifying you have the rented supplies the afternoon before, right before you close for the day, then making no effort to get the supplies is not the way to treat customers or get more business. Fortunately I have used other Uhaul locations before and know this isn't the norm.

I'm not cool with U-Haul anymore. I typically ren trailers because, for me, it is more economical than purchasing one. Anyhow, this place and location uncharged me the insurance after I returned it, which was verified. I denied the coverage. Afterward, I had to jump through hoops to get a refund. This is nonsense. I'm done with Uhaul...

Picked up the trailer it was easy, used it to haul my appliance home, took it back and dropped it off , easy again . Thanks U-Haul
