How U-Haul Reviews WorkYour website and app are equally terrible and the only reason returning the truck was possible is because there was somebody onsite who was familiar with the absurdity of the process. Had Wendy not been there we would have been flailing trying to figure out how to return the truck with the peace of mind that we wouldn’t be charged out the ass for god knows what. Complete fail on U-Haul’s part, zero culpability on the contractors end. Will never rent with you again if at all possible.
