nichole bI'm not cool with U-Haul anymore. I typically ren trailers because, for me, it is more economical than purchasing one. Anyhow, this place and location uncharged me the insurance after I returned it, which was verified. I denied the coverage. Afterward, I had to jump through hoops to get a refund. This is nonsense.
