Excelllent customer service.
Timothy SI wish they would’ve explained how mobile pick up worked. I received no communication regarding how to actually pick up or drop off the vehicle. It was completely up to me to figure out the process once I got there. It would’ve been nice to receive some type of communication over the phone or email letting me know how to do the mobile pick up.

ROLLAND JAs far as this location/facility goes, it was perfectly fine. But it was not easy doing checkin via the app. The step where you need to take pictures of each side of the truck was glitched. It would never seem like the picture uploaded, but when you went back one step, the pictures where there. I wasted so much time retaking pictures I didn't need to. Then when it finally came to getting the info about getting the key, that was a mess too. There was a picture of the facility showing where to return the truck and where the lockbox was. You could click a button to show it bigger, which I did. But when I went back, it took me all the way back to the home screen of my profile in the app. I couldn't find any way to get back to the screen that (possibly) showed what the lockbox code was. I was then forced to start a chat in the app to see if they could help me. After about 20 minutes, they finally were able to get me the code. So online checkin was a time waster---probably 40 minutes. I had no issues with the afterhours return.

Logan BI brought back the trailer at 12:35 pm and the guy didn't check it in until 3:30pm. I did not use the full time but he used it full, for what reason?
Ira HI dropped this off on Monday and they charged me through Wednesday. I want a refund of the extra three days the trailer was sitting on their lot. I have already contacted the 1800 number. Next step is my credit card company if I do not receive a call back like the 1800 number told me they were going to have a manager call me yesterday and I got no call

Stephanie EI will never use U-Haul again. Customer service has become non-extistent and the website is deceptive. Pricing is also deceptive.

Patrick FI tried to check the truck out itself, It wouldn't let me. Good thing they were open past 5:30, the lady was nice and got my rental done locally instead of on-line, and didn't charge me any extra fees. Easy self-return though, took 10 minuets and I was out of there. Lots of parking if you need to leave your car, and it feels safe there.

Antonio AThe staff, one man, was very courteous, professional and helpful. The equipment was in great shape. We rented a 5x8 enclosed trailer. It tracked very well. All lights worked perfectly, tires were in great shape and the ramp/door was in great condition and worked well.

Charles CThe trucks/equipment is well taken care of, but customer service is bad. The one and only employee present was on the phone taking a personal phone call when I walked in. She hung up and greeted me without looking up and making eye contact. There is no public restroom.
JACK WOnly 2 things. I would say neither takes points away from them. The lady that helped us was truly helpful and very sweet. First thing was the blankets didn't have a tag on them but I don't believe we were charged. We didn't use them so I hope that doesn't change. Also the milage seemed kind of expensive from the last time we rented which was 5 months ago. Other than that we are so grateful for the use of uhaul. We couldn't move without them.

SAM WI had to pay for extra mileage because the first location was unable to provide keys for the truck I reserved... or any other truck on the lot. Having to deal with that mess set our timing off, and we missed a delivery. Not remotely fair, but here we are. The young man at the replacement location was very helpful and friendly. The facility itself was fine, nothing bad or subpar about it. The truck was as expected- smelled of smoke, generally dingy, broken interior pieces... people simply don't respect things.
