Pick up was ok, no issues. Drop off was super. The employee was delightful. It was a good pleasant experience overall. This location gets 5 stars from me,

How U-Haul Reviews WorkHad no problems at all the lights all worked on the little 5x8 enclosed pulled trailer with the drop ramp that was spring loaded to help left it up to close. Easy to walk up ramp for loading and unloading. It did have a little round rubber pad missing on the right side of ramp to cushion it on the ground but had on effect of working with the trailer. I would bump my head loading sometimes not read the warning label and remembering it said be careful. May hit your head.
