I only concern with the trailer was the condition of the straps to go over the tire and go through the winch. They do not they are not in good repair.

John BThe vehicle I rented had a broken driver-side sun visor. During more than two hours of driving on a sunny day, I had to repeatedly put the visor back in place every few minutes, which created a significant and unnecessary distraction while driving. When I reported the issue to the location agent, I was informed that they were already aware of the problem. The agent explained that, since it was not considered a major issue affecting the vehicle’s “performance,” it would be repaired the next time the vehicle was scheduled for maintenance. I strongly disagree with this assessment. A defective sun visor that repeatedly falls out of position is a significant driver distraction and should be treated as a safety concern. Many accidents occur because of driver distraction, even when the vehicle itself is mechanically functioning properly. Since the location was already aware of the defect, the agent should have informed me about it before providing me with the vehicle. I should have been given the opportunity to decide whether I was comfortable accepting a vehicle with this known issue or preferred another vehicle. In my view, allowing a customer to take a vehicle with a known defect that could distract the driver, without disclosing the issue beforehand, represents a serious lapse in judgment and raises legitimate safety concerns.
Abul AThe truck had a broken cup holder tray. The truck was not clean. The truck had significant outside damage.
Carl SThe original pickup location was supposed to be Express Shipping of Dekalb (1005 W Lincoln Hwy De Kalb, IL 60115). Upon arrival, the guy behind the counter told me that he did NOT have a truck for me. However, he grabbed the phone and called County Liquors and set me up with that location right away. The guy at County Liquors pulled up my reservation number and reassigned it to his location and booked me in minutes. Drive over to the location and made the pickup. Super easy. A bit of inconvenience, but easily fixed by the 2 guys at the pickup locations.

I talked to the person working there, and he confirmed that I was assigned to a different location. When i went to the Country Liquors rental, it was a night and day vast improvement. The person at the counter was friendly, professional, and efficient. The store was very clean, and so was the truck and equipment. I highly recommend using this location.

Kenneth jThe 9 foot van didn’t come with any knobs to adjust the mirrors. I found that pretty dangerous.
Summer sBoth locations were professional and friendly. Problem was with uhaul. I booked this well in advance. Along with everything else a person needs to do when moving. Then when I am at my busiest time uhaul corporate tells me I'm going to different locations to pick up and drop off. Was not happy. Ended up back at original locations after phone calls that I really did not have time for. Remember customers are your best advertisement.
