Kenneth jThe 9 foot van didn’t come with any knobs to adjust the mirrors. I found that pretty dangerous.
Summer sBoth locations were professional and friendly. Problem was with uhaul. I booked this well in advance. Along with everything else a person needs to do when moving. Then when I am at my busiest time uhaul corporate tells me I'm going to different locations to pick up and drop off. Was not happy. Ended up back at original locations after phone calls that I really did not have time for. Remember customers are your best advertisement.
