The truck had a broken cup holder tray. The truck was not clean. The truck had significant outside damage.

The original pickup location was supposed to be Express Shipping of Dekalb (1005 W Lincoln Hwy De Kalb, IL 60115). Upon arrival, the guy behind the counter told me that he did NOT have a truck for me. However, he grabbed the phone and called County Liquors and set me up with that location right away. The guy at County Liquors pulled up my reservation number and reassigned it to his location and booked me in minutes. Drive over to the location and made the pickup. Super easy. A bit of inconvenience, but easily fixed by the 2 guys at the pickup locations.
