ROBERT HI have a small business and have a corporate account with Uhaul. I have the corporate account to save money because it saves me money because part of the miles are included in the cost and the extra miles are at .59 cents per mile versus .99 or $1.29 per mile. So when I make a reservation I do it through corporate. This visit I needed 2 trucks, a 26 footer and a 15 footer. The 20 footer was booked at the county liquor location but I was told that I would need to go to DeKalb (15 minute drive) to pick up the 15 footer truck. It was NOT that county liquor did not have a 15 footer truck available, I was told that it was because they were not allowed to rent 15 footers through a corporate account. They had 3 15foot trucks available to rent at that same location I was getting the 20 footer. The lady that I was speaking with on the phone was pretty rude about the whole situation. I believe her name is Kayla. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me she was a supervisor. Bottom line is that I find it BERY inconvenient to have to go to 2 separate locations to get the trucks I need when the one location has both trucks that were needed. Stacy at county liquors contacted Uhaul to try to solve the issue, but hit the same results that I had… none. So I ended up renting the 15 foot truck through County liquors as a regular rental and paying the higher rate for mileage. This makes no sense to me???

CHRISTOPHER CThere was no communication. I got no call the day before about where the pickup was. I had to text to find out that it was not at the location that I requested. Then I had to change my pickup time by 1.5 hours and magically it was available where I originally ordered from. The dolly was not in the truck so thank God I checked beforehand. The app and website was no help since it was not updating with new information and the order wouldnt even show up in the app. It made an already stressful day even worse. I will never use Uhaul again and neither anybody I know. $1500 for such a poor excuse for a company with zero communication.

THERESA GI have used the car hauler trailer. It is a great trailer the I trust with moving my Corvette collection. I recommend renting from the Sycamore U Haul store at Country liquor store.
