Only thing I DIDNT like is we paid 58 for another night then brought it back before the day was over and still had to pay even more that was ridiculous

Nothing. We were in and out in record time.
Ken GThe drop off box was difficult to find. When you've loaded and unloaded and entire U-Haul and your exhausted and it's hot, and all you want to do is go lay down somewhere, it should be much easier to find the drop off box
Angela SI originally rented a 15 ft trailer. I was contacted the day before by a UHaul rep & told one wouldn’t be available until 11:30. I had hired moving help to be at my house between 9-10. So I took a 10 foot at 9 am. They sent me confirmation for 10 am, so I had to call again. The local person I spoke to confirmed me for 9 am & assured me it would be available. When I got to the location for pickup at 9 am, there was a 15 foot parked next to the 10 ft I rented. The location had no idea why I was told one wasn’t available.
Patricia GThe actual location was fine. What wasn't fine was the mobile check in process. It took me an hour, 3 phone calls, and an online chat before I could get the car unlocked. I wouldn't recommend mobile check in. Go into a store.
Leida PThe Pine Bluff location schedule the drop off at the wrong location which ended up at a grocery store parking lot in Springfield, Illinois who was having implement weather. I had to get out truck take pictures in the storm.

Patrick CIt is a small grocery store and I passed a large uhaul business on my way to this location. There was only 1 truck on the lot. The store does not have working equipment and the manager has to call someone to get approval. If I hadn’t registered on line ahead of time I’m not sure I would have been able to get the truck.
Edith HTo say this was a terrible experience is an understatement. And then we got double charged and told to figure it out ourselves.

JULIA MBe sure the customer knows accurate rates & pricing & what type of tender is accepted once they get there. This location was terrible & had me waiting more than 2 hours & I traveled from a different city to even pick it up.
Johynn-A EFirst time using UHaul. Got cancelled on initially, and was met with a very hostile and aggressive returns agent. Not going to recommend.
pradyumna dWhen I arrived at the drop off the key drop box was completely damaged so I had to go in and talk to customer service at County market. I felt like she did not want to take responsibility for the key which I totally understand I believe it was just lack of communication, when I spoke with Tammy at U-Haul she was very accommodating!
heidi mThe truck was constantly over heating from the antifreeze leaking and I had to buy 2 bottles of antifreeze and 2 bottles of stop leaking for it . Plus Springfield didn't check the truck before anyone rents it.
