The only blip with pick up here was that customer service desk doesn’t open until 10am and I had a 9am pick up time scheduled. The staff there was incredibly kind and helpful and ensured I was able to pick up the truck even though the desk wasn’t open yet. I should also mention I had reserved a utility dolly and moving pads, but they were not included in my pickup because there wasn’t a locked storage location to secure these items. I didn’t end up needing them anyway. I would pick up from here again if needed.

Todd FI had to clean up some broken glass and bounce sheets left inside the back of the truck and a cup from chick filet in the front seat cup holder. Other than that fairly clean. Check in person was very friendly.
Stephen KThe previous renter left cigarette ashes in the cup holder and there were multiple cigarette butts and ashes in the back of the truck. Other than that it was a very good experience.
