Leonidas BOur pick up location had to be changed to this store which was farther away for us to pick up. Upon pickup, for some reason the price had changed and was much higher than what we had agreed to. The person in charge was very helpful in finding out the correct amount and making the necessary changes back to our original price. U-Haul also gave us an additional day of rental and added 75 miles to our mileage because of the changes that had to be made. Great overall first time experience!
Scott LI was very disappointed that the 6x12 trailer I reserved at move time was not available in my area even though there are a half dozen rental locations within a couple miles. The day of my rental two local stores had the size I was renting but instead I was informed only a day before that I would have to pick up my trailer over an hour away. Had I known this up front I would have used another rental company.

Susan dThe only thing was the person a the store never went out and walked around the truck marking all dents and scratches with me. Nor did he ask me to come out and inspect the truck upon return. The gas was full and I still got a 5.00 dollar charge. Other than this everything was good.

Bradley PThe location didn’t even know that I was coming and there was a rental until I arrived. I ordered a dolly and the dolly wasn’t even on the truck and they had to go get it from some back room. Then I had to wheel the dolly out, figure out how to open the back door and put it in myself. That’s not great service. Also, maybe a review of the next day’s rentals would be a good idea the night before or when they arrive that morning?
Rebecca AI will never use U-Haul again. I was charged for fuel when I brought the truck back with almost a full tank. It was on half when I rented it and brought it back with more fuel than that and was still charged!! I will not recommend your company to anyone ever. Definitely using Penske the next time I move. Ridiculously over priced company! You can hire movers for cheaper than what it cost to rent this truck. I ended up paying over $300 for this truck to have it two days. Never again
Andrew JThe manager inside the store where I picked up the U-Haul was very rude with a lot of attitude. All I was trying to do was rent a U-Haul didn't come into argue first thing Sunday morning. If anybody is reading this do not pick up a U-Haul at the county market.

Raul S1st off I couldn't find my DL so my husband came with and he was going to rent it. The pick up clerk said don't worry about it as long as you have a valid license. Imagine what a good con artist could get out of that place. Then the drop off clerk tried to charge me for not having the same amount of gas in the truck. But thankful I took a picture of the gage and mileage before and after and they were the same plus the 70 miles I drove.he didn't care about the physical proof I had that he was wrong he just kept arguing with me saying this was how I was trained. Will never use that location again. Also the truck was damn near falling apart.

ELBERTUS VFirst off they didnt have a car dolly there so i had to pay an extra $210.00 for milage to return the uhaul back to the same place just so i could pick up my van. I really think uhaul should have ate that because they didn't have the equipment that was offered in their services. Second off my pickup time was 7:00 am. And when i got there they told me the uhaul people didn't get there until 8:00 am Third i also think that if you are returning the truck the same day when you don't need it for the full 2 days you should get a prorated amount means they are able to re rent it out a day earlier but you dont. Its all bs.
Fernard HI don't know. Deb was awesome, very polite and helpful. I can't think of anything she could have done to make it better. (Maybe a discount on my next rental for returning it 2 1/2 days early during collage checkout week).
Darrel JPicked it up didn't give a recipient. Opted out of the safe coverage charged me for it anyway without knowing. Where I dropped it off no recipient again and didn't check it in till hours after dropped off so was charged another day fee us safe move. Have rented 3 uhauls in the last month and this is the worst experience yet!!

Cherish PWe were told by the uhaul rep that the manager at this location works for talked to, that the 17.99 fee would be waived since it was not clearly stated that a fee would be charged if we drop it off a a different location.The fee was not waived and our account ended up being overdrawn because of it.

Steven RThe Peoria and Pontiac team worked together to ensure equipment was available to meet my reservation timeline. The downside was I had to travel an hour away to get the equipment & the one I had reserved didn’t sound like it was in good repair so I elected the size up and was charged accordingly… whereby I thought there should have been some consideration given under the circumstances.
Melvin OThe price was outrageous and the uhaul got wet inside so all my stuff got ruined and they did nothing instead they charged me $130 for going over a day

Bernie Kinside of vehicle was dirty. Cup holders were filthy and there was a hostess cake wrapper laying on the floor. Also, the windshield had a chip, which was circled by I'm assuming Uhaul to be repaired, but was there.
Brent MI had no issues at all! County Market made it very easy to pick up the uhaul and return it .

Kendell OMaybe make a designated uhaul parking area and a sign letting customers know to go into customer service to complete return/check in. the 24/7 sign in front of the uhaul drop box is a little confusing as whether to leave the keys and go or go inside and talk to someone.

jay hHad to drive to Bloomington to pick up a U-Haul because they said they didn’t have a single one in stock when in reality they did they just didn’t want to go outside to go check. Paid double because they where so lazy to go look to see if they had a trailer. Extremely mad.
Javier MIt should not take 45 minutes to be able to pick up a trailer. Had to wait for a manager to get it. Also there was no one to help hook it up. Extremely poor service.
Laura Fall staff was not trained had to wait 10 mins because key drop box was locked and app did not show a code for it or if it did it did not ask to go forward it just went blank.
Daniel HBecause of what appears to be bad cell phone coverage or maybe cheap phones, the whole pickup and drop off scenario was a nightmare, I spent at least a hour picking and maybe 45 minutes dropping off
rufus cThe blankets I received for packing were wringing wet. I used a leaf blower to blow debris out of the cargo area.
