I wasn’t able to rent a truck because of an emergency contact who has a past due balance that I had nothing to do with. I’ve had a great record with your company, not owing anything but now I can’t rent again because of something I had nothing to do with. This company is a disgrace and I’ll be pursuing you in court. I hate you people

No lock boxes had keys and no businesses were open during the alloted time they said they would be. It took be 1h 45 minutes, 5 phone calls, and 2 separate locations to be able to finally get in a truck to move.

Air conditioning stopped working shortly after starting the trip. Gas tank meter was marked higher on the paperwork than it was showing on the fuel gauge. There was also a small damage on the passenger side bumper that was not marked. The person there took pictures of gas tank reading and a bumper. He did an outstanding job helping to secure my car on the trailer.

Guy said I could use the uhaul for as long as I needed it instead of the 2 hours without telling me about the convince fee of 20$ totally screwed me out of 20$. Would not have waited to move my couch if I knew that. Won't be back

This was a great rental experience! Everything taken care of and amazing customer service. All of the details were explained and everything went smoothly. I was even met in the parking lot when I dropped it off. I can't recommend this location enough!

The owners of the store were beyond rude and overcharged me. I get U-Haul a lot and they are the worst that I’ve been too. All the other locations where I usually go are fantastic

The U-Haul smelled like marijuana, the staff were so beyond racist and rude I will NEVER step foot in there again. The location on Hertel and Arthur in Buffalo NY it was not a good vibe at all

The best service I’ve ever receive so far from any Uhaul location. I will never rent from another location again. They went above and beyond to make sure the trailer was ready and all the lights were operational This is by far the best location and service Uhaul has to offer. Thank You.

Multiple reschedules..not informational at all not solely this location but previous one I booked with …didn’t notify me that a credit card would be needed after I was contacted 3xs before I even got the truck ..

The location was great but the Uhaul was extremely shaky over 30 mph. The entire truck started shaking vigorously almost every few seconds and was very scary and probably unsafe to drive.
