The rental truck was completely unlocked, the back truck bed door was wide open, and there is no way on God‘s green earth. That truck would have passed a New York State inspection.

My only frustration was that the Uhaul website was extremely slow on the day that I rented the vehicle and it took twice as long as I expected that it would. Also, I was sent a text message in which I was supposed open a link and input information and inspect the vehicle and report any damage. The link did not work and I couldn't do anything that I was supposed to do. Neither of these things were the fault of County Supply Corp
