Excellent service and equipment. So much better experience than at the other Yuma Foothills U Haul location (Pack Rats Mail N More) on S Foothills Blvd). Highly recommend this Yuma U Haul location on Fortuna Rd.

MICHAEL CNot open, called number on door was told would have to wait 4 hours until someone got there. (WAS VERY RUDE). We called uhaul number and they helped us over the phone and got us on the road. A hour after my reservation time I got a call back that someone would be there to help me with my rental in a hour . I told them uHual already helped and I was on the road already. He wasn't happy and got even ruder than before.

HOWARD HI would like to suggest that if someone is renting a Uhaul for local use, that they are not charged mileage. It was a bit pricey as I only needed a Uhaul to move some furniture, only had it a couple of hours, but cost me $123.00. If your equipment is used for local use for 4hrs or a day, that there is a flat rate and the customer is responsible for making sure that the fuel is where it was when they picked it up.

Tomas COnly issues that happen twice about reservations on a certain size truck and find out we had to go to another location? Don't know how to improve this process.

RUBEN SWhen I picked up the truck the gas was below empty! And I was on a time deadline, which made it very inconvenient I filled up the tank with $20 of my own money. And only drove 30 miles. When I dropped it off it had more gas then when I picked it up. I called to see if they could credit my final invoice and was told a manger would contact me to discuss the issue. But no one followed up. Horrible customer service! And who doesn't fill up a truck that they are renting out - extremely unprofessional to take advance of someone putting gas in their truck and not giving a credit towards it. I'll never rent from this location again!
AUDRA WThe location had no dollies on truck nor one I could bring to Idaho to unload 26' truck. Came back to buy uhaul lock they had none.
CYNTHIA KIt took me over a hour to do the pick up with the remote app/online, the app did not want to work; the online set up is not intuitive and doing the verification on site- ID, contacts, etc is a total pain. If I had not had a contact that I could have given for reference I would have had to go back to my house to get my passport.

ROSE MU-Haul in Yuma cancelled my reservation the day before my move because they did not have the trailer I reserved and did not even give me an option to get a different trailer. I had to call around to find an available trailer which cost way more than what I reserved, but due to needing to leave the next day, I reserved it and was told I had to pick it up that day. The trailer I received had a crack in it and water leaked on my items inside of the trailer. I was also asked to help pick up the trailer in order to put it on the hitch, which I did not want to do. The person who called me to tell me my reservation was cancelled was very rude and told me to try booking with another moving company.

Robert MThey don’t take the truck from me and they don’t check it and they don’t give me a receipt , plus they charge me more mileage I drive less than 10 mile they charge me for 40 mile in the beginning and they didn’t change it to 10 mile

Antonio CCustomer service was terrible. I arrived a little before nine, completed paperwork, waited 45 minutes for them to "find" the trailer. Very rude to most customers while I waited. The young lady was completely rude to everyone. I would not recommend this pick up spot to anyone.

Carlos MI thought I would need a few extra days I was charged $20 per day used 1 extra day and they charge the extra 2 days I didn't use. The cost of a 5x8 trailer was as much as a Toyota 4Runner, way over priced.

Tracie BMy only disappointment with this rental was no ramp. There were things I couldn't transport because I couldn't do it without a ramp. Other than that , I have no complaints, and would rent from them again. Something with a ramp.

Jo GI reserved a pickup time for 8:30 am and it was changed to 9:00 am, no one notified me of the change. Courtesy Inn did not have their hours posted. Supposedly they open at 9:00 am, but the employee was late.
