We used this storage facility for at least seven prior to moving to another area. We never and any problems and were pleased with the facility and management.Andrew H. | Overall Experience
The facility looks secure, in truth it is not. Security cameras don't work, the management is not in a hurry to repair or replace them. The fence is old and covered with vines and weeds with on clear cut zone along the perimeter. People (thief's) are getting into the facility somehow and breaking into / damaging vehicles, lighting is minimal. I would recommend many of the newer storage facility's. Had to react over the phone without any human at location. Took awhile, also I have an unexplained $92 charge on my cardwilliam M.
Nice but Inexperienced clerk. I registered and paid online but had to redo all info onsite. Got a phone call as I was leaving with my trailer asking if I was still going to pickup my trailer told them I was driving with it. They said oh okay I will make note. Then when I got home got an email that my reservation had been cancelled then looked at my credit card and I had multiple pending charges. Had to call 1800 number to figure it all out. Lots of time wasted. Trailer had old carpet left in it from a previous user and a tail light/brake light out. Didn't realize it until already left because clerk didn't bother coming out to help hook up the trailer.Jacob E.
We rented from this location before and it was Not a good experience, but my son said it was under new management so we gave it another shot! Vast improvement, other than the Covid crap, (virtual crap), I like dealing with people, not computers, the new manager showed up as we were dropping off the trailer! Truck was dirty when picked up, attendant offered to blow out with leaf blower. I said never mind, as long as I dont get charged for cleaning. I WAS CHARGED $25 FOR CLEANING!!! Automated pickup didnt work.Tammy R.

Passenger door mirror (lower convex portion) was shattered when I received the truck. This is a safety concern. This should be repaired before the truck is rented again. Also I did not receive the requested 2 dozen wrapping quilts that I was billed for.Joe H.

Brandy was very helpful. We showed up a day early and right at closing but she stayed to get us checked in and to take care of our trailer. Her customer service was above and beyond. Also Sam, the Manager, helped us on the phone as we arranged for the storage rental and was willing to do far more for us than is required by his job and position before we even traveled to Alabama. They both are the best. I recommend Courtesy Mini-Storage without reservations for both storage and for U-Haul rentals. RickRick H.

I was about 30 minutes late. I told the attendant at the storage facility that I had a few things to put into storage and he said ok. then I helped him move equipment to park the trailer exactly in the spot that I took it from. we finished moving the equipment around 12:15. then when I got the end receipt that I was charged for another day. I won't rent again if that is the treatment that I can expect. I want the bill adjusted back to a single day rental.Michel C.
Due to my needs and your hours it was not the best arrangement for us. But we rushed to meet the deadline. Since the facility did not open the day we needed it we had to pick it up the day before. concessions should have been made in the time allowed for our use.aaron H.

Well for one, the person working didn't know what to do AT ALL... Then I rented a truck and was told I had to have it back before my 24 hour time allotted (and I did) and when I passed the place 2 hours later the truck was still there in the same spot I parked it. The worker said it was promised to someone at 3 pm, it was 5pm when I passed and nearly 6pm when I rented it. We rented the next day at a different place and that worker was very nice and knew her business.Katrina R.

Gate was open when i arrived, office hours were closed. i dropped the trailer in the yard and left a voice message as to location, number of trailer and time. I actually like the convenience of pickup/dropping with no interaction with counter people (that take forever to get things done). Just being honest. The best experiences are with your main uhaul dealers, not the startups or gas station hybrids.Phillip D.

There was only a driver in this truck and no passenger. The lady who checked me in told me she would have to charge me $50 unless I cleaned the inside. The cab was xlean in my opinion and did not need cleaning, However I took 10 minutes to sweep the floor and dust the dash and control panel to avoid this extra charge. The trip from Marietta to Alabama was non stop and the cab of the truck was clean when we picked it up and just as clean when I dropped it off. Not impressed with the friendlyness of the lady who received the trick. This dealer has very limited business hours which is not convenient to customeDavid Blair N.

The owner wasn't present at the opening hours, and was a hour late... It took her a hour to check our trunk, and it was the wrong size truck, and she no dolly that was specified on our order... The trunk barely made it the trip and the oil light stayed on the entire trip... The place should not have your services.michael C.

Lady was not there when we arrived at the set time. Had to wait 45 minutes for her to arrive. My moving team that I hired stood around and had to wait. I was also charged 80.00 insurance on the trailer and I gave No one permission to do so and they wont remove it.Sherry B.

I have nothing bad to say about Courtesy Mini Storage. They really helped me out and came in at 6:00 am on a day they were usually closed so that I could rent a truck. The problem I have is with the Uhaul site itself. I reserved a truck for three days at a location that was about a mile away from my residence and was told that a rep would contact me. They did, and told me it would be best to wait a day or two before the actual rental date before they could nail anything down. Then I get a text at 7PM a couple days before the rental date that said call that number to confirm my reservation. I didnt know that i would be calling the local place that had already closed. I felt like a jerk. Then when she called me back the next day she told me that they only rent trucks for one day and i wouldnt be able to rent it for three days and it was at a location almost 10 miles from my home. Great. So I moved the rental day to saturday instead of friday. No problem. Friday I got a call from the uhaul company (not Courtesy mini) that said i was supposed to rent a truck that day. Overall the experience was very poor. Not because of Couresy Mini but because of your bad website that: 1: Told me I could rent a truck from a location that couldnt provide me a truck. 2: Told me I could rent a truck for multiple days when I couldnt. 3: Does not communicate with their satalite offices and rental facilities. First of all this was not the location that I chose. This was approximately 10 miles from my residence when there are several locations under 5 miles. Also this place is not open on Saturdays. I had to call a posted phone number and wait for the person to show up. This took about 20 minutes. Then the computer wouldn't work. more wasted time. The wiring harness was missing from the trailer, MORE wasted time. Also the trailer has a leak in the roof on the roadside front. Luckily what we hauled wasn't anissue with the leak but there are people who would not be very happy. Looks like there has been an attempted repair(s) before. Might be time to retire this unit. Also check in inspection procedures need to be tightened up. Since the wiring harness was missing from the trailer. My main issue was with the location. I guess I will have to really stipulate the location that I want to pickup the next unit I rent at.CLARK D.
