Blankets were crumpled in a pile. Lady that works there is very friendly. Had billing miscommunications but after a couple attempts it was all handled fine.

Make sure the personnel check in your equipment when you return it. I was contacted by Uhaul 2 days after I returned the trailer because they thought I hadn't returned the equipment!

Truck was out of windshield washer fluid and the cab could have been cleaned better from previous renter. There were crumbs and sticky spots on the passenger side dash and door.

I dropped off my trailer at the arranged drop-off location within the alotted time. The store was closed, so I called the 1-800 number to check in. The girl on the phone was a complete idiot. She kept telling me I never picked up the trailer, so my reservation had been canceled. Yet, she could SEE my reservation and confirmation number. She put me on hold for 30 minutes and then told me I would have to return the trailer to the pick-up location. Not happening. It was a one-way rental, it was 8pm and I was 200 miles away. Eventually, after putting me on hold again, she spoke with a manager and agreed to "LET ME" leave the trailer where I was supposed to leave it. I called the person working at the drop-off location the next morning to confirm the drop-off. Now, for the last 3 days, I've continued to receive emails and text messages asking when I would be returning the trailer. I have spoken to people on the phone. I've answered the txt message. I've done ALL I can do to explain that the trailer was picked up ON TIME at the agreed location and dropped off ON TIME at the agreed location. I have NEVER been so frustrated with U-Haul in my life!!!

I was allotted 4 days on my one way trailer rental. I had the trailer for 3 days, but was charged an additional day? When I asked the employee why she charged my card $22 she told me to call 1-800-GO-UHAUL...thanks but not thanks.

They said the trailer was good to go and get home and the tail light was out, and the guy tells us he checked and they are good, well don’t trust their word. We called and the system says to go on line to report, finally call back and get through and they can’t use the location tracker and the computer was down. Finally they send someone out to fix and they end up replacing the whole light. Needless to say we had a late start to our trip and put us behind and took away from our time we had to spent with family for our daughter wedding. We are a military family and we was trying to get our sons motorcycle to him.

After hearing my issues with my U-HAUL experience, they confirmed that my truck shouldn't have been rented out and the vehicle hauler trailer was unusable in the condition that it was given to me. I agreed and since time wasn't a luxury that I had to work with, I had to improvise. This location was friendly and accommodating and didn't find a reason to charge me for anything extra.

Online app needs work. Not user friendly. Very disappointed in service with uhaul. I had scheduled a truck for p/u on weds for sun to get to my job in Austin.. But was given the wrong truck for were I wanted to go. I was then told tht the new truck is at another location and is only accessible through the online app. This will also be difficult to complete seeing is how I just paid uber to drop me off at your location..now I have to call/pay for uber AGAIN to get to your other location.!! Very disappointed with service.

Tried to explain that the mileage on the contract was wrong but it wasn't changed and then I put gas in the truck but the fuel gauge didn't move so I still got charged extra for gas.

Customer service reps were very nice and inviting. You will need to call or walk up to the office to get entry into facility as it is a storage facility. Drop off was with other equipment away from the office and no supervision or inspection of equipment at drop off. Will drop off at again.

Reserved a trailer w/a ramp at the Main St. location. Upon arrival, the rep said it had been reserved for someone else because we did not mention the ramp. She seemed a little frantic, so maybe there was a miscommunication. After paying for the wrong trailer, she canceled our arrangement and suggested we go to another location. This came as a surprise because we were going to make it work as we were low on time. But, since she canceled it we had no choice but to travel to the other location where she assured us had what we needed. Upon arrival, we found that the trailer reserved for us was the same trailer with no ramp. Since we had no other option, we tried moving the item and was unsuccessful because of the trailer without a ramp. The rep at the location on Main St in Schertz seemed annoyed and rude. Next time I’ll tie a carpet to my truck and drag my piano home.

The uhaul app is awful. The location was not easily viewable from the street. The truck was not easily accessible. I never received the additional supplies that I purchased online. Extraordinarily frustrating to waste so much time when working with a tight schedule.

THERE WERE WET BLANKETS (5) IN THE TRUCK AND IT GAVE OFF AN OFFENSIVE SMELL. I WAS HAULING SOME FABRIC FURNITURE AND I DID NOT APPRECIATE THE SMELL. I INFORMED THE U HAUL PERSON WHEN I RETURNED THE TRUCK AND SHE SAID THANK YOU.

The person at that his location was not there at time of pick up. I had pick up time for reason. Also told me to drive around back an get trailer my self. After attempting to hook it up alone and smashing finger I call them to send someone to help at that time they did I just don’t think a customer should be allowed to hook or you n hook trailers.

The place was closed and no directions as where to drop it off. So I dropped it off inside the gates. By doing so I was not able to get out. Had to wait about 30 minutes for someone to come in the storage area. Would I recommend you to someone else. No I would not. very disappointed with the whole experience.

The trailer was filthy. It smelled like the renters prior had run over a dead animal. Discusting smell, however it was the only one there, so I had no choice. The lights worked intermittently. Had to drive to the back of the lot and load the trailer myself.

The location and staff where good. But if I where grading U-Haul I would give it a F. You can see from my records how many rentals I’ve done , and yet EVERY stinking time I pre enter info and then stand at counter while they re enter it. Sick of it.
