An older lady came out to get the key and before I could stop my husband from giving it to her, she took it from him. But I replied the instructions said to drop the key in the white lockbox. She insisted she worked there, but we really had no reason to believe her. We will not be returning to this location. She should of allowed us to follow the instructions as directed.

TROY EFirst time I showed up to drop off a truck and trailer, the geo location service wasn’t working, so I couldn’t finish the drop off. I blame U-Haul writ large for this, not the drop off location. The second time I showed up there was an attendant there who was unfamiliar with U-Haul processes, and the normal person was out and unreachable. The third time I showed up, there was no attendant again, but the U-Haul app was working… it took 25 minutes to get everything uploaded and completed. I arrived during business hours, and the door said “open,” but the attendant there was nowhere to be found 2 of 3 times. Very very frustrating!
