The guy I had to deal with was not friendly or helpful on the phone during my first contact or when I went to pick it up. He tried to charge me a higher rate than what I had been quoted. They didn't have the furniture dolly that I had requested. After paying him, he handed me the keys and said here ya' go. I had to ask if the truck across the street with the back open was the one I was getting. He replied yes. He didn't offer to tell me first or even walk out there to show me anything. When my grandson and I went to get into the truck, there was trash falling out on the passenger side. On the morning we tried to leave, it was 22 degrees outside and there was no heat in the truck. I tried letting it run for a little bit to see if the heat would kick on and it didn't. Therefore, I had to wait a few hours to let the outside temp raise some, tried the heat again and still nothing. So, I had to bundle up and take off. Almost 3 hours later, the heat started working. However, due to the long delay on getting to leave, I was late getting to my new home which shortened my time for having help available to help unload. Due to that, we just had to pull everything off and stick it where we could find a place to be able to return the truck. That made unpacking a nightmare; so, I am now not able to start my new job tomorrow as I was supposed to because I am having trouble finding things I need to have. I would not recommend this location to anyone!

When I received the U-haul text telling me the drop-off location, I followed the link and saw they closed at 4pm. On Monday, as we were driving up to my daughter's house to drop the load off, I knew we wouldn't get there before closing. Even though the rental wasn't due until Tuesday, I wanted to turn it in Monday night so we could continue to our next location. I called the storage lot and the lady was helpful and friendly. I asked her about the self-turn-in option and where I should park the trailer. It became evident it would be hard for her to explain where she wanted it for sure especially since it was going to be dark so she offered to just come back to the office (she only lives a couple of minutes away). When I arrived, she was there waiting and had a trailer jack ready when I said I had surgery on my legs a couple of weeks prior. She guided me around the complex (even highlighting where a pot hole was so I could avoid it in the dark). She helped unhook the trailer and lifted it off the ball with the jack. I mentioned she may want to check the brake fluid because I wasn't confident it had any and she asked if it had any when they checked it at the pick-up location. I told her they didn't know how so she was going to have it checked once they opened the next day and it was light out.

Rented equipment was not available and she didn't care. Had to go to another location to pick up furniture dolly. Was unable to hook up trailer, had to do it myself. Ttailer lights were in poor condition.

My appt was at 10 am. They arrived at 10:15 am. Then very sternly said um your gonna have to wait cause you see I just got here. I wasn’t helped until 10:30. He continued to be rude. His white t- shirt had food on the collar that looked old. His hair was a mess. I have never been treated so badly by u-haul. What the hell is going on! I will think twice about using you again. If I don’t receive a phone call from u-haul, I will know you never read these “feedbacks” or really care. I have used you for many years. This is very unacceptable! The windshield wipers need changed And the mothers attic leaked. My boxes were very wet.

Person was late getting to the office and took 15 minutes to warm up computer. Couldn’t locate my reservation and equipment. My reservation was to pickup at 10 and I was there almost an hour. This of course had me behind in getting things moved.

Took us over an hour to get the payment for our truck taken care of. The lady that was supposed to be there wasn’t. The only one there was her child that didn’t know anything about the rentals. Once he called her it took her almost a hour to get to the office to complete our rental

Owners son was there and i pulled up and parked trailer, he was on his phone in office, i got out and brought paperwork in. He was on his phone, and i sat back in my truck waiting on him to come out and remove trailer. After 10 minutes he told me his mom wanted to talk to me over the phone, she ask me several questions about the trailer and covid 19 snd i answered, she sent me a receipt by email and i again waiter in my truck for the trailer to be removed another 15 minutes her son was on his phone again, i called the store a 2nd time and ask him could he llease removed the trailer because i was tired of waiting, he said his mom normally does that, but he guessed he could do it, after he retrieved the jack, 8 minutes later he finally removed the trailer and i was finally free to leave.

My unit was broken into twice and nothing was done about it. No video camera on site. When you leave your thing with a rental place like this you should be protected by the owner that is why you pay.

I am very pleased with the storage unit I have. Upon arrival the unit was very clean, also door and lock worked properly.

Everything went fine when I went to get the paperwork for the unit. I got lucky because there weren`t any unit available but just so happen someone had moved out that same day.
