To have the equipment available when reserved and the location wasn’t the location of choice when first reserved. Once ready for pick up not to be quoted another price after reservation was made.

Mac GibsonFirst, I was confirmed to pick up the vehicle in Conyers, Ga. and was called that afternoon and told that the vehicle I was scheduled to pick up was in such "bad shape" that they couldn't release it. I was referred to Covington, Ga. for a vehicle. The vehicle that was waiting for me was so filthy that I would not have accepted it I didn't have an immediate need to load up my art work for the Candler Park Community Arts Festival. The vehicle was the nastiest I have ever seen in my 20 years of UHAUL rentals. The staff member was very nice, but the vehicle was so filthy that I was embarrassed when the volunteers were helping me unload at the Festival. One of them commented "I am surprised UHAUL would do this!"

Elise MillsapsNo one was @ the property during drop off. Called 3 different numbers (one uhaul gave, one that was on the door, one that was on the signage) no answer straight to vmail. Finally got somebody on the phone after about 20 mins, property manager stated he would be back in about 15/20 mins. This was around 3:30 pm the business closed @ 5 someone should have been there.

Monte McBrideMaking sure the requested items are in the truck. I requested a utility dolly and when picking up my truck before hours via mobile pickup. I found that my dolly was missing and I had a big move I needed to go I couldn’t wait and hour longer for the store to open to get a dolly. Very frustrating

Norma Brown24/7 pickup was very confusing and difficult to navigate. I was on hold with customer service for a half hour at the gate of this location and never got anyone on the phone. The website took me in a loop and didn’t give me the option to “pick up my truck.” I needed an online message rep to get me in. Vehicle had dirt and grass and crumbs in the cab, as well as fast food trash behind the seats and in the doors.

JANINE HERRINGTONI arrived the late afternoon and the representative was very polite and courteous, but the vehicle was not clean at all, and the vehicle has a very foul and musky odor. I expressed this to the representative unpon returning the vehicle as I was not aware of the conditions until after renting the only pickup truck that this location had on site. I would suggest that someone inspects the vehicle for cleanliness upon returns, this was not acceptable.

Brandun BrownArrived on time at 9:00am for my pickup but my rental wasn’t ready, none of the accessories I added to my order were available which was very inconvenient, the rental truck was dirty and reeked of what smelled like cigarette smoke and air freshener yuck, wasn’t able to leave until 9:21am, 21 minutes after my pickup was supposed to be ready. Arrived late for my appointment because of this. Would I recommend this particular location to anyone? Absolutely not!

Thomas MaherWhen I came to pick up my Uhaul my online check in was not working. Thankfully there was someone in the office to help me get checked in. Once we got back and ready to load the Uhaul our appliance dolly and standard dolly was not in the truck after I confirmed with the front staff and paid for it. So that resulted in us having to go borrow one. Yes we had to drive a few extra miles and returned the truck 15 mins late but that was because the stuff we rented was not on the truck! Then when we are dropping off the truck the website was not working again! It kept saying error and miles you are entering are wrong! So I get charged for those extra miles and a $20 next day convince few! I think not! I will never rent here again. I paid $90 when picking up then charge me another $100.

I told the lady at the store where i picked up my uhaul and she just got rude snatched keys from me and went outside to uhaul and looked then turned went back in and was very rude so i dont no if i will use uhaul anymore cause rude attendents and bad trucks.

Chris WhiteScheduled pickup was delayed for unknown reasons, some additional equipment wasn't available. I was overcharged and all is noted by customer service. Very inconvenient.

SHARON DAVISI have a use U-Haul multiple times in the past but my last experience was horrible I promise I’ll never use U Haul again and the location I picked up at was pathetic. I promise I’ll do everything in my ability to go on social media and give this location and U Haul the worst rating possible.

mary robertThe only advantage of the online check in is that you can pick up and drop off when the business is closed. Other than that, it was very tedious and too long to do all that was required on line. Too many steps to just pick up and drop off. You had to answer questions and take pictures, etc. When we dropped off, we had to go through the procedure twice and the gate would not open. We called the number on the gate, but there was only a voice mail box. We had to leave the truck outside of the gate. We will not use this again.
David TrustHigher someone who is professional and not rude! The receptionist has a very nasty attitude and was very rude! Customer service is everything! The truck smelled of cigarettes and marijuana and the floor was dirty.

johnniemae hatcherAfter my reservation was cancelled 12 hours before pick up time, I made a new reservation at this location. After renting the truck, I discovered that the driver's seat was broken and I could not reach the pedals. When I told the woman working behind the counter, she said she already knew it was broken. But she never told me it was broken!
