Be sure the customer knows that once the reservation has been made, it cannot be changed AND if they drop off at a different location, it is in fact NOT free, as I was told, but is actually double the quoted price.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. Gas was posted at 269 when we paid for it at the pump the pump said 279. The man was rude when we confronted him on it and he was nasty taking the truck back.

Passenger side mirror did not stay in place which created a safety hazard. Can of truck was dirty. Truck was on empty when rented so I had to take extra time to add fuel.

Found out that my pick up location didn't put all the problems down with the truck onto the paper work and when I dropped the truck off they thought I cracked the screen because it wasn't recorded. Glad I took videos and pictures before leaving the lot in spring TX because it shows the time date and location of whwn I did the video. If I didn't do that, he would have charged me for someone mistake for the Crack and for the spring uhaul location didn't put it down in their system when they inspected the vehicle before giving it out to me

They had no clue what they were doing, they couldn't find my reservation, and their computer system wasn't working correctly so when they found my reservation there system didn't show they had any trucks and they had to call tech support. Took an hour to finally get a truck. Then when I returned the truck back to them it took 45 minutes for they guy to figure out how to except it back. I will not use this location again.

Make sure they understand that they will have to pay for all extra mileage. I paid the $170 to rent the truck and had to make multiple trips and was charged milage which would be fine had that been communicated

WiFi was very slow and it took about 1 hour to do rental??? Staff was very courteous and helpful!

Truck needed a lot of maintenance. No A/C and in this Texas weather that is a prime necessity. A/C vents popped off easily. Check engine light kept turning off and on with check tire, even after putting air in tires. Thank goodness we didn’t have a flat. Electrical covers where popped off from interior. Box truck not cleaned and interior of cab had sticky residue in cup holders and even on side door panels. The body of the box truck was banged up in a verity of places. And if I’m not mistaken I was over charged. I’ve rented this same truck from a different location and the price was not this exuberant. I usually rent 3 or more days but this time no, just had to return it it sooner. This customer is not happy, pleased or even satisfied. No stars will be added. Don’t use this location not even their restrooms are clean yuk.
