I showed less than 1/2 proof but still was told that I should correct the gas in the pickup U-Haul location. I move slowly recently due to a leg surgery, this makes things harder for me.

I didn't catch the name of the lady that helped me with the checkout transaction, but she was very polite, helpful, and friendly. She had me on the road in less than 10 minutes from the time I arrived.
Patrick HI understand that it’s a convenience store but if you’re assisting someone with an U-Haul you shouldn’t stop to assist customers who got off the Greyhound bus. I was told that they matter because that’s where they make more money off from customers who shop in the store not U-Haul
