The Cowboy Truck Stop does not have an on-site rep. The local rep who is supposed to help folks check equipment in and out was not available due to a family emergency. The cashier, who is not trained for Uhaul support, did a good job of getting customer support on the line so that folks could get their equipment. However, it took about 45 minutes to get my trailer. Also, there was no one there to assist in hooking up the trailer and the inside of the trailer had not been cleaned since a prior rental. Luckily, I have rented these trailers before and knew how to hook it up.
Frank TWhat a crap show! The cashier working at this convenient store what a peach. The U-haul rep was extremely difficult to get in contact with and was not at the location. I did not receive the trailer I reserved. I was sent to this location after the previous location did not have a trailer I could take one way out of state. This location was actually the 4th location change to my reservation. The pick up process took entirely too much time. Close to 2 hours and had to drive to a second location.
erin HCustomer service needs some work! The lady wouldn’t answer the phone when we called. Our pick up time was at 9am. I didn’t get ahold of her till about 9:30am. When I finally got ahold of her she said her system was down. But you could tell she was in the call talking to someone else. Her attitude wasn’t the best.

DOROTHY WI don't like the fact that I was charged an extra ninety seven dollars to my card and doesn't explain what the ninety seven dollars is for. Whence I turn to U-Haul in, I was expecting that all the fees would come out of the funds that I had allocated on the card for the U-Haul.However, I obviously didn't have enough and being charged some fees.I don't understand
