Customer service and communication was poor, with no regard for my time. There is no accountability for the trucks being rented out, as the one we were given was not cleaned at all prior to renting it out to us. The seats were sticky with dried up spills and there were trash/pens left in the truck. The truck itself had multiple spills and stains that made it difficult to clean prior to our use of moving furniture and boxes. The same attendant upon return, scrutinized the condition of the truck and expected us to have cleaned it up better than we were given it. All set using them. Do better!
ROBERT FThis guy went above and beyond. On a Christmas Eve last minute rental. Making sure I had the right truck for the job. And let's not forget those Christmas cookies he had at the counter! That guy should be CEO!
