Everything worked out well, I had ordered a 20ft truck, apparently it had a issue and they upgraded me to a 26ft. I only needed a 15ft and hand truck so they adjusted my down and everything was perfectly fine.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location and the workers there were great. Mo was very helpful. What wasn't helpful is the self pickup process. When we got there and went through the process, the call back to verify was terrible. We picked up the call then the person hung up and when we tried to do the verification again, it says the number has been used, use another one. And it just kept not accepting the number. Eventually had to go inside and Mo there was very helpful and got us on our way.
