Have a jack for hook-up

Shauna BMy first review was maybe a bit unfair. The Uhaul business still feels secondary, which I guess is average for most places here. But the people there are really nice and will talk and help if you need it.
NATHAN BEquipment had weird latches that didnt close properly without unreasonable force. When offered help i accepted and the guy forgot about it for 15 minutes before he eventually helped and sent me on my way.

JEFFREY TU-haul changed my pick up location two times, and I did not end up with the size truck I requested. I spent 90 minutes trying to get a truck I had reserved about 2 weeks prior. It was extremely frustrating. Although Cox auto body location was great - the experience of getting there was absolutely horrid.

Michael BFriendly, prompt service was a highlight of Cox Autobody U-Haul Rental. The only thing I can say to improve is the layout of entry and exit to the facility. There are no hazards that are hidden but you need to pay attention when driving in or out so that you steer clear of any trouble. Everything else about the rental was a win-win for me and my family!

Joseph JDon't give away equipment that has already been reserved. I almost panicked when the last called and told me they'd given the trailer away to someone else. However she was fantastic and worked it out so that a manager in meetings near Victor, Id. would bring the save size take to Cox in Mountain Home, ID. Which was fantastic because anything less than that would have completely ruined the tightly orchestrated move we had to pull off.
Meghan FWhen the guy hooked up and tested my Trailer lights went through the motions and said the lights were good. I have a 2017 highlander that did not come with the tow package. I added the hitch and wiring harness. Funny part is there was no fuss in the under hood fuse panel since I install it so there is no FU$&ing way the lights ever worked, when the guy said they were good. I am glad I checked them at my House before headed out on a 1800 miles trip.
jonathon MAfter hour drop off app didn't work so didn't have any contact with this company. Would have liked to have had a call or email telling me everything was done.

TROY HPicking up and working with Cox Autobody was very easy. The truck was not cleaned out by the previous renters and had a lot of broken glass in it. There was also barely any fuel in the truck at pickup which was disappointing considering how much we paid to rent the truck. I regrettably left the truck with a lot more fuel in it than when I picked it up which was not ideal, but I had to fill it to move my belongings to the next location.

Jason CNeed a bigger sign about being a U-Haul location when coming from the North. Passed the place and had to turn around. From the South you can see the U-Hauls and know that you need to slow down and signal to turn.

lynn eThese folks were extremely friendly and more concerned the equipment did it's job for me then looking for any dings or dents. They just wanted to know it was all in working order and that I had a safe trip using the equipment. I was so impressed with the folks, office and body shop besides their help with my U-Haul rental. I grabbed a card for my file of "just in case", I need body work or win the lotto and can get my new old 1994 Ford Truck painted!!!

Jenniffer LI was expected to drive 100 miles round trip to return the truck or pay an extra $250. This is horrible customer service. My suggestion: Have a drop off in Boise with no extra charges. This was ridiculous and U-Haul made their problem my problem. Just Awful! Do I need to say more?
