I don't see any way to improve the administrative system/personnel or the equipment offered by U-Haul or Cox Autobody. Great job reliable equipment.

Easy and simple for the after hours drop off

Isabel ROther than the fact that they keep their truck only at 1/4 tank they were great. I originally had scheduled with a different location but they didn’t have vehicle I was scheduled for and didn’t have keys at the main location. They told me I had to go across town to get my keys and Van. So Cox was my second choice.
