Gerson GCraftwood Lumber is a great place to rent a uhaul. The staff is friendly and knowlegeable and dedicated to your rental needs. The 9 foot cargo van was almost brand new and drove wonderfully. It was ready when I needed it along with staff ready to help. The rental process was very quick. I rented from Uhal because of the very positive reviews at this location. Many other Uhaul locations get horrible reviews (vehicles not ready, were dirty, etc.). That is what had me looking at Budget Trucks as well. This place switched me back to Uhaul, but, again, only at this or, perhaps, a similarly very positively rated rental place. Thank you Craftwood. Jim R

Jonathan GThe location is fine. Corporate U-Haul is a blood sucking thief who charged $13 for 3 gallons of gas after I tried to refill it but could not because auto shut off at gas stations wouldn’t let it get filled up that high. They steal money.

JUDE EPerson at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. Van smells bad inside, no windshield fluid,engine runs rough. Luckily I was moving stuff locally. On top of that they charge me 25$ cleaning fee.
