The gentleman I turned the trailer over to, he was helpful at assisting in the decoupling of the trailer and moved the trailer back to it parking space and assured me that he would put it in, that I turned in the trailer. Which I did 2 days early. Unfortunately, he neglected to put it in the computer as “returned”. I got a call from the destination when I was planning on turning it in. I had to explain the them that it was already there and had been for 2 days. I’m glad no one stole it or else they may have made me responsible for it. When the associate went to check the lot for it, she didn’t bother to call me back. I had to call back to find out for sure that it was there and they took custody of it. Sorry Craigens garage, unfortunately that set a bad taste in my mouth.

His business was pretty much turned away because he didn't have a reservation. Why would we reserve a trailer if we didn't know we were going to need one? I don't recommend this location
Johnny NEducate the staff on the different equipment you provide. Although they may be commonly confused, a moving company should know the difference between a hand truck and a furniture dolly. And if a customer is expecting a dooly, he should get a dolly. And employees at the front desk should be able handle a simple check in that was mostly done online.
