This place looks like a junkyard. There is barely anywhere to park or maneuver equipment, and when I tried to speak with the staff about how to return my rental equipment, they acted like I was bothering them. What says the most is that this experience happened over two years ago, and I still remember how poorly I was treated. I would have left this review back then, but I was never given the option. The review prompt only appeared after I returned a rental today. Unfortunately, the experience from two years ago was bad enough that it stuck with me.

Very friendly and helpful
jerry oI had reserved a trailer to be picked up in Winona MS then they called and said they no longer have that and I had to drive 70 miles out of the way to Hernando MS. It was extremely inconvenient. I reserved, they should have told us way in advance instead of the day before I was picking it up.
