First I rented the truck 5 miles from where I needed it. I get a text before I got to the facility that i had to drive 25 miles each way to pick up the Truck. I was charged for the extra miles when I didn't need to. The truck was out of gas. I barely made it to a gas station. Truck was filthy inside and out. When I brought the issues to the attendant he told "it is what is", rent it or not I don't care. "You don't have to use it". By this time I had already paid helpers and didn't have a choice. You would think a company like Uhaul would care more about their image and the integrity of there representatives.Charles G.

Had a hard time understanding how the chains and light wire was dragging and arguing with me that it's my fault. I had to buy a new trailer light harness to have lights on the trailer.Adam N.

Terrible communication on this 24/7 program. Location was very rural - for phone internet connection. Was relocated from Lafayette location - major inconvenience. Server was down for approval ? Rental pads were not included. I will be elevating this to regional director- but would expect a call.Randy G.

The drop off location was clean enough but the attendant seemed to be totally unaware of the mobile app and what it was asking me to do which was take photos before turning in the truck. U-Haul agents need to be trained and knowledgeable about the app and work with the customer to do what the app is asking the customer to do. The mobile app is a good idea but it doesn't work correctly when the truck is not at the location you expected to pick it up . The agent should not override the actions the app is expecting the customer to perform. The next customer won't be me.Norby D.

I placed the original order at this location. Bc the place I was moving into wasn't ready I needed extra days. Craig Hebert went into the system to allow me the days for free but the trailer was already rented. I was charged $80 for those days and I feel it should have been free. I already paid $500 to U Haul for that weekend. I hope to receive a credit to my credit cardshay C.

Lucky to find a truck in the Lafayette, LA area. I needed a 15 or 16 truck but opted for a 20 foot for a low pack level. Found only a 26 foot truck available. The truck had damage which the location did not note nor mention. I took the insurance to cover the situation.Stanley B.

1. Don't let customers reserve units which are not available. 2. Don't replace the unit the customer reserved with another which is also unavailable, located at a pick up spot which is closed on the pick up day. 3. Don't make the customer drive 40 miles (one-way) for the second replacement unit for the one he reserved. 4. When you mess up the reservation this horribly, give the customer a significant discount.Gregory L.
