The owner of the store has no idea how to work the reservation system. I had to enter everything in the computer for him. I had checked in and registered, and the owner took away the keys as I was about to leave. Even though uhaul system processed my payment. I'll never rent from that location again.Anthony G.

Location was unable to find my reservation on their computer. Spent 15 minutes trying to tell the person I have the reservation and key number on my phone. Even after calling uhual on the phone he was still hesitant to give me the keys.Paul M.

The parking lot has huge puddles, is muddy, and has massive potholes. The lot needs regraded and fresh gravel put down. The trucks and staff were fine.Jeff M.

I would not recommend this location at this point.The truck had 3/4 of a tank of gas when I received it and I brought it back with 3/4 of a tank,this location still charged me 9 gallons of gas for $36.00.I am fighting this charge with the store owner and general mgr.I want my $36.00 refunded.This is a rip off move.barry H.
We had a pick up time of 4:00, no one was at this location that had the knowledge to do the pick-up and they weren't due in till 5. We called for a mobile pick up and that took almost an hour. The 2 different ladies on the phone were VERE nice, and patient.Andrew P.

The truck ran rough, but did work for us, no major issues. The location which is a mini-mart is unfortunately understaffed. The gentlemen that was helping me also had to help other customers at the same time, so checking in took a lot longer. He was friendly though and doing the best he could so I appreciated that.JASON B.
The man checking us in was not close to anything professional. And I don't wearing a suit. Slovenly appearance .... a clean t-shirt would help. No air conditioning in the store. The truck cab with filthy (we have pictures) the bed was clean enough. Uhaul overall has been very difficult to deal with over the years but it is convenient so we keep torturing ourselves when we need a rental. Not a good experience AGAIN!Peter B.
