The lady we dealt with to get the truck had no clue what was going on. We could not get the size truck we requested, even though there were several on the lot. We settled for a smaller truck. She could not print a copy of the contract, and she was back & forth about the cost. Do we pay for mileage or is it unlimited mileage? She told us both. The inside of the cab of the truck had a nasty odor. When we returned the truck, the gentleman would not tell us what our final cost was. You'll get an email. What an awful experience.
