Train employees on the equipment better. I had to wait 30 minutes for the truck to be dispatched.

EMILY MThere was 64$ not including taxes in Gas related fees when I filled the tank to the same amount it started at. Do not believe it was right to be charged as such. Would not recommend getting a U-Haul at Cranberry mini mart.
Derek HThis place admitted that they gave away our truck and the furniture pads that we had reserved. They had another truck for us but not the furniture pads. The person working was not very sure about what he was doing. He also put the wrong mileage in so it was confusing upon return.
