Great service
TIMOTHY DThere were problems on pick up. Computer system was not working well. I stood there waiting for 20 minutes even though I did everything online before pick up. Drop off was easier.

ALEJANDRO DI had brought the rental back with what it went out with. (Between 3/4 and full). When I returned it I shied the picture and the guy put down 3/4. I shied the error and he said “don’t worry it will show correctly and you will it be charged). I got my e receipt and of course I was charged two gallons for (9.50). I went back to the store and the person that checked me out was gone and the person now there said he would not refund me. I called the police and ended up getting my 9.50 back. Anyway,poor customer service until I was finally able to discuss and explain and show my picture and receipt. When police arrived, everything was resolved.

Kyle SMy truck was generally clean but had several large screws in it, so it wasn't swept out after last use. Also, there was a leak in the upper left loft area (vary rainy day) and two boxes became wet but the contents weren't damaged. U haul website was difficult to maneuver and contained inaccuracies (truck return location, etc.) but the man at the counter straightened everything out.
Gregory J26 foot vehicle was parked in a back corner very tightly between 6 other trucks. For people with no experience driving large vehicles they would have really struggled to get the truck out. I also ordered 2 dozen furniture pads and I had to ask for them and was told I needed to check the truck myself for them. There were none in the truck so employee wheeled out a shopping cart with a pile of recently used and not folded furniture pads. I wasn’t even able to confirm quantity and employee stood there and watched while I threw them into the back of the truck.
KEARA LPerfect transaction. Good selection of trucks and happened to be the only ones with the 10' that I was wanting. They have a very convenient location for the major highways like routes 79 and 279 plus the turnpike. Very easy to deal with, highly recommend

chad cThe uhaul was filthy on the inside. Back door barely shut. Driver door barely shut. This uhaul was very sketchy but we had to settle due to a moving time crunch. They did not have an appliance dolly had to drive to a different location for it which took away packing time. Also didnt have moving blankets. It took over an hour just to get the uhaul and other two moving items. I ordered this well in advance these items should have been prepped and ready in the truck.
ken Fwaited a long time as there were customers for the gas station and he said the system was down and slow. Gas was marked at 3/4 of a tank but was less, between 3/4 and 1/2 tank. Inside of the truck was dirty. It had nuts and trash behind the seats.

Christopher FI Literally drove the Drove only for like 2 miles after I rented it . It's right next to my home . There was Literally no fuel consumption at all , but they charged me $17 extra on top.of it mentioned fuel charges for 3 gallons . How come a 2 mile drive consumes 3 gallons of fuel? Is it really worth to pay $60 for a 2 mile drive and I even returned the truck in less than an hour . Soo it's $60 for less than an hour with a 2 mile drive ???. You people are literally scamming money from US. Never going back again

MEGAN MThe guy who was there had no clue what he was doing it took over a half hour to go through everything. The truck I was assigned had a car hauler attached and the guy did not know how to disconnect it. I had to load the dolly and blankets myself. NOTHING was ready when i arrived. Also I have rented 26' trucks before this was the roughest riding truck I have seen and the loosed fuel cap light stayed on the entire three days I have the truck.
Dennis RVehicle had only 3/4 full tank yet I was told it was full and I had to fill it upon return! I spent $23 to refill although I did not use that much fuel. Local manager said I had to "take it up with U Haul"!! I have photo evidence! Can I get refund for this? Vehicle was dirty inside, not swept out. Windshield and windows were filthy.
Richard LI was overcharged for fuel as I filled it back up to the line I left with and even a little beyond. I didnt find this out until after I left as they do not give you receipt imtil hours later. As other reviews online indicated, this site scams customets.
MATTHEW HEverything was perfect. Only recommendation is that they pick up the phone when you call them.

RICHARD SAbsolutely terrible. Was due back at 5pm. Called repeatedly way before said time and no answer. Was trying to push back the return time by 2 hours. A very reasonable thing to do. Returned it and got charged another whole day. I can see a late fee (maybe), answer the phone.... but to be charged for another 24 hour period is insane. What should of cost $90-$100 cost $160-$170.

dharma mThis was a very painful moving experience unfortunately..I’ve never had any issues with U-Haul before. On Sunday, September 29, 2024, Nichole Parks (Reservation Manager) had called me to let me know that my confirmed pickup reservation in Chippewa was no longer available. I was relocated to Beaver Falls, extra 10 minutes away from me, not a huge deal. I had missed her call & called her back not even 2 minutes later. She had an attitude immediately, didn’t “know who I am & what my business calling was about” as if she hasn’t just left me a voicemail. She was quick with her responses, didn’t seem like she wanted to answer any of my questions and was overall ignorant. Fast forward, I go to pick up my U-Haul & the app was saying the reservation wasn’t valid (granted I was a little late which is my fault), I called the number & spoke to some nice representative & she explained the situation & reset the reservation so I could pick up the trailer. Still didn’t work. Gave another call back, greeted by Nichole Parks once again, and she had an even worse attitude than the first time I spoke to her. Told me the owner never put the keys in the drop box, so I now have to drive to Monaca, which is 20 minutes away from where I was already at. Told me I needed to pay a “relocation fee”, I asked “why would I pay you a fee if I’ve been moved locations three times at this point?” Got immediately nasty about it, “That’s not what I said, I said I OWE YOU”. Followed up with giving us a 15 foot at a 10 foot price. And gave us 20 miles for free. I wasted 4 miles to Beaver Falls & then another 14 miles just to pick up the truck. Plus another 11 miles just to get home. In my own vehicle. So that brings me to 30 miles of wasted gas because I kept being relocated. We were clocked at 38 miles, which is accurate, but were still charged $47.20. Even though we were supposed to have the first 30 miles for free, plus the additional 20 miles that Nichole added. I kindly ask to please be compensated in some way. Not only for the waste of time & waste of gas & overall headache when it comes to moving, but having to deal with an ignorant “manager” more than once, that believes the issue is “resolved”. Otherwise, no other issues! Both pickup locations were super friendly & helpful!

Myrna MThe uhaul app user experience needs to be reviewed. I'm sure I'm an outlier, but none of us (me, my wife, the clerk) could figure out how to use the self-check-in feature on the UHaul app. That being said, the clerk eventually was able to figure out how to use his computer system and get me my rental. He doesn't do it often, as it was obvious he was trying to figure out how to use the point-of-sale software.
David PThe app didn't work. Couldn't check in. It was saying I was at a different address but I was obviously at the correct one. I walked around a bit.. looked on google maps so I k ow my GPS was correct but you app would not work saying I was about 6 blocks away... dumb... that said. The owner of the place I was at was great about everything!
Philip BThe location was disgusting and dirty. I rented a dolly for less than 24 hours and was charged over $200 even though I had returned it without ever having used it and it was returned on time. The young lady at the facility told me to call Customer service and laughed at me when I got frustrated with them charging me $200 for no reason. Ny wife and I have used uhaul on multiple occasions as a military family. I will never patron that particular establishment again and will let everyone know how unprofessional and incompetent the staff conducted themselves. Corporate needs to audit that place and shut it down. Read the reviews online. They are all terrible.

Daniel Wease of location access. Checking in/out was a breeze with staff who is familiar with the process. Noticed the store was well stocked with other moving and hauling essentials.

Daniel BMy location was moved from 5-10 min away from my location to over 25 minutes away, the day before the move. I had to reschedule a U-Haul but when I arrived it did not have the dolly’s or blankets in my order. Overall the truck ran well but nothing went as reserved.
Kyle MDropped off the unit at 11:45 and put the key in the drop box with 19 miles logged on the ODO. And got an error code of 050. Means the owner shut his internet off, because he’s a turd. I contacted Nick from another location who’s a great business partner, and he reached out to his rep Business owner is corrupt. Take my 50 bucks bro. Enjoy. My reputation is stronger. You are a terrible business owner and you couldn’t contact a great patron of yours after this. Best of luck.
Patrick EI had prepaid on line for a truck. Receiving the truck was uneventful. It was located at the “drop off equipment here “ sign. The team member did not bother to to escort me nor take the time to inspect it. Ok then. When I returned the truck to the designated “drop off equipment here “ site and walked in, another team member ignorantly told me that I had to take the truck to the back of the lot and to take pictures of the mileage and fuel gauge. The lot was a disgrace with potholes the size of small lakes. Last I checked, I’m not on his payroll or U-Hauls. Why would they post a large sign and then expect the customer to do the work. Oh, I know why. It was raining somewhat hard and the team member could not be bothered. I hope that you have invested the money that I have spent because you will NEVER see another penny. Too bad that this once great country has turned to sh@t.

Calvin TFirst, they did not give me a packet to take with me in the truck in case there was an accident or perhaps pulled over. They said it was in the email. I asked for a paper receipt and they told me their printer was down and could not give me one. I asked if there was anyway they could give me some kind of paper, because I run a business And paper receipts. The people in there store were very very rude people. I personally don’t care if I have a job to do a mile from their place. I will go elsewhere to rent a U-Haul. I will never be back at this U-Haul. The people are very unprofessional and very rude.
Bill RI received my final receipt and was charged for Safe Move insurance of $15 that I definitely didn't sign up for. Also, I was charged for extra fuel when I returned the truck with the same level of fuel that I left with.
Mark PThe contactless pickup and dropoff is a complete nightmare of a process. I input all of my information into the app prior to arrival at the pickup location, yet it still had me upload my driver's license, and other applicable information. The upload process took forever, and even then, it said that it was pending approval from U-Haul side, all while I was at the actual site for my confirmed pickup time! Thankfully, I took a picture of the mileage prior to operating the truck because U-Haul tried to charge me for 133 miles, when I only traveled 40. That was almost an additional $90 of charges. I spoke to someone when dropping the vehicle off who was able to create a ticket to resolve. I did receive the credit in my account the next day, but it should not be this difficult to rent a truck after following ALL OF THE STEPS. I will never use a contactless pickup / drop-off again, or will just go to Enterprise; Home Depot, etc. to rent a truck. This process was very frustrating from start to finish.

Tammy SWhen I got there, the price on their machine was over $100.00 more than the original price quoted and the guy acted very sketchy. When I told him that it was wrong, they told me that he was unable to change anything. When I arrived in Carlisle, PA U-Haul, the owner was there and took care of all the extra charges. I picked up the truck at approx. 4pm and returned it before that time the following day. Someone added an additional day and basically told me all the wrong information. Thank goodness your owner at the Walnut Bottom Rd U-Haul location was honest and took care of everything. Also, the original lady was very helpful and seemed honest.
