The gentleman working at the Sunoco was extremely friendly , professional and helpful. He double checked my connections and was very knowledgeable about the trailer.
GEORGE HSecond time Ive used them for the motorcycle trailer and fourth time overall (2 other times for box truck) Folks are friendly and helpful!! I am on a sore knee and the manager came out and assisted completely with hooking up the trailer even though the store was busy at the time of pickup. TY!! Equipment in great shape and does the job!
ALLAN HA $15 cleanup fee to “fold” blankets? Seriously?

RAUF II did the mobile drop off process and was charge for fuel even though I refueled the truck. I think this is due to the mobile fuel process

ALBERTA CGreat couple of gentlemen working there, I waited a bit for him to put everything in the computer, but it was easy. They recommended what was cheapest and the cost was minimal. Should've went there first before checking elsewhere.
ELAINE SThe first truck had low tire pressure warning and no gas. Had to switch trucks. Second truck was not clean. Tow dolly had so much road grime in the ramps that they were stuck and the ratchets were seized and needed WD-40 to be useable.
DARYL DThe truck was serviceable, but the cabin was quite dirty. Also, the Check Engine light came on shortly after I picked up truck.
DAVID CThe trailer was clean on the inside but the outside was horrible due to the weather and salted roads. When I got it home I cleaned the lights with window cleaner. After that it was good to go.
ROBERT KThis past experience could have been easily a five star. I planned my whole rental on the U-Haul mobile app prior to pick up. I submitted all payment forms, Drivers license info, personal info, agreed to coverage insurances, and requested furniture dolly’s and moving blankets. Everything was verified and complete for Mobile pickup/drop off. A day or two Prior to pick up I received a message from U-Haul stating the pick up location was changed. Both locations had the truck I wanted. I didn’t mind the change but didn’t understand why it happened. Unfortunately and to my frustration the App would not allow me to process the truck and stated the reservation was not ready and it prompted me to call a number. I did call and was told to wait until the gas station opened, which was thirty minutes later. So I waited along with two men who were on my clock for getting paid. I went into the store at the time the app said they opened only to find that they were opened 1.5 hrs earlier than the app stated. U-Haul did not have the hours for this location correct. I was happy to find a very kind, helpful gentleman who was willing to process the truck. What I was not ready for was needing to supply all my credit card info, name, address, what equipment I wanted etc. I thought, why did I enter Eve on the app? Also this location did not have any furniture dolly’s which I was verified to have on the app. So I moved an entire house without any. The truck was nice, the Sunoco employees were great under the circumstances but the mobile app stunk and U-Haul needs to make sure the extra moving equipment is truly available at the locations and business hours at locations is correct
DERRIK HVan needed maintenance. Tire pressure was low and emergency brake light stays on after it's been released.

Tyler FThe u-haul truck that I borrowed was not in the greatest shape. Everything was clean, but the check engine light was on and the vehicle struggled the drive. I was a little concerned on being able to make my short move. In addition, I was promised a 25 miles credit multiple times and am trying to sort getting this credit applied to my account. This is frustrating.
GLENN SThe process was easy. Made the reservation and everything went smoothly. Not one issue. I think the insurance is a little high. Small trailer that doesn't hold many things, but I am not required to buy it. Do it anyway for peace of mind.
ROBERT MCheck engine light remained illuminated. Employee servicing my rental was rude, curt a and disrespectful. Same employee refused to print a hard copy receipt and, conveniently, could not provide me with an exact total.
ROBERT SExcellent customer service. I would have preferred a hard copy receipt upon returning the equipment. Nonetheless, I shall, most definitely, use this location in the future.

John GThey never responded to a request to explain why the tax charged for Maryland state was higher then the regular 6%. I had to call back twice to get the explanation that truck rental tax in our state is 8%. Why make it so hard for your customer to get a simple answer?
GEOFFREY HFix your website, when I go thru the page and select no insurance, don't come back and force it back on the next time i go thru the steps. I ended up with something I did not ask for or need.

Carol GU-Haul needs to have a better vetting system. A Carlos Franco has been using my E-mail address for two Invoices. Your representative has been contacted on the matter. Nice guy but this is number two. It would behoove U-Haul to question this Carlos Franco guy.

EDWARD GI have used Cranberry Sunoco U-Haul location 5 times in the past year (26' Supermover, 20' truck, and 6' x 12' trailer with ramp multiple times). Always great and helpful. No issues at all. Couldn't ask for anything more.
ROBERT MThe location had loud music playing so it was difficult to hear the employees. It was also a vape shop that sold bongs and other paraphernalia which can be uncomfortable for some populations.
