This was one of the worst experiences I have had. When I got there to pick up the truck, the person said the truck was not there. I said I had received by text that my confirmation was confirmed and I did everything I needed to do. After a conversation with the person he finally said let he would look outside. The truck was there. One of the other things was when I rent a truck or even cars the tank is full and I return the unit full. This had less than a quarter of a tank so I put $50.00 dollars in not knowing what I would need. When I returned the truck there was much more then when I picked it up. Just my option, this is a horrible way to do the gas. I did return the unit about 5 o’clock that night and I hope kiddingly the man said did I fill it up. This whole rental just was not good. You asked for an option, this is mine.

Bruce FThe lot was run down and a bit creepy. It was difficult to find our vehicle. The van smelled like cigarettes and later when there was rain, it smelled like a skunk. I believe everything in the van squeaked and shuddered. I've used UHaul before, but this time I was not impressed.
