The lot was run down and a bit creepy. It was difficult to find our vehicle. The van smelled like cigarettes and later when there was rain, it smelled like a skunk. I believe everything in the van squeaked and shuddered. I've used UHaul before, but this time I was not impressed.

MICHAEL RDolly and blankets requested were not available Truck needs work/attention. Couldn’t locate key upon pickup. Had to wait for employee to arrive.
