james c1- they do not answer the phone. I tried to call multiple times regarding a reservation question and got no answer. 2- the check in process was tedious. They claimed technical issues. I've purchased a trailer in less time than it took to rent this one 3- I never saw an order/invoice on checking in, but learned on subsequent review that I was sold insurance that I didn't ask for. 4- They offered no help in connecting the trailer. 5- the online reservation process was frustrating to use. It acknowledged my preferred drop off location, but seemingly steered me to an alternative site that was 40 miles away with the promise of a lower price. I would've gladly dropped off at the closer sites that were within 5-10 miles of my location, but the online process wouldn't allow it.
J RVery friendly and helpful service. Would definitely recommend to folk in the area in need of a rental trailer or truck. Rates are fair.
