Get a stronger WiFi so online checkout can be used to return the truck! Tried for 15 minutes and couldn't complete it, so I decided the $20 penalty I would have to pay would be better than standing out there waiting on a signal to return. Overall just a horrible experience.

Staff was super nice; truck was filthy inside with dried dirt, dirty handrails & sticky stuff all over steering wheel ~ I took pics and sent to U-haul b/c I didn't care but didn't want to be charged for it.

We got a 26 ft uhaul to move cross country. They gave us an extremely old truck. The brakes were shot and no AC!!! No power steering, suspension non existent, the fluid light made it's appearance more than once which cost us valuable traveling time. My husband had to ride 2100 miles in the middle of summer with the windows down.. We are not happy at all with this uhaul experience. I hope they take note of what misery we indured..

I don't know what was going on with the communication between corporate Uhaul and the individual locations, but there was a lot of confusion with the whole trip. We went to the location for pick up that corporate told us to, and the individual location told us that we didn't have a reservation or that they didn't even have the vehicles for us. We had to go to a different location. Went to that location and they said the reservation hadn't been transferred when we had just confirmed that it had been. Finally got a truck anyways. Then, when we drove at night, the headlights wouldn't work. The high beams would turn on, but not the low beams. We were on the phone on the side of the road for well over and hour with customer service trying to figure out what to do. The lady we spoke with was super nice, but we just had to drive with no lights on the interstate with the Uhaul tailing our other car. Super dangerous. (We didn't want to drive with brights and be more of a danger to others). I have no problem with the pick up location (other than they didn't have the lights fixed), or the lady we spoke with on the phone for the light problem. However corporate seriously needs to fix communication with it's pickup and drop off locations. No one actually knows where vehicles are and it is a mess.

These people were extremely nice. Helped us quickly, & was very patient. I didn't have an address available immediately for our final destination. The lady @ the counter did everything in her power to help us find everything we needed. We have used u haul many times before & would definitely recommend them. This location @ crazy ray's, in athens, was the best experience yet

Teresa was the service rep. There was a billing error. I asked her to call Mike at the Jonesboro location. She said she didn't get service on her phone. Really? How do they ever book a reservation? I told her that it had also said I qualified for a free month storage rental within the next year. Her response was no. We don't do that and I have never heard of that. Someone was just telling you that. I called Josh in Jonesboro. He immediately fixed the problem. The storage rental is on the website She really acted like she could care less.

When my reservation was changed, the employee DID NOT tell of the rate change. She was cussing because she couldn't get the computer to work. Sheused the "F" word, S##the and so on. I asked the Field Manager if he could just refund the difference and he said no! His name is Jamie Brick. I was not asking for a complete refund, just the difference in price. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN NOR WILL I REFER ANYBODY THERE.
