I had reserved a truck to move. I was unable to finish the move due to returning the truck at agreed time but late. I asked if I could return it at 9: because I was going to be late. I had already been told that I could bring it after hours . I asked if I could bring it in the morning without extra fees. I had to drop a load and could not get in to do so until 8-830. I was told yes . I did say it may be 9 depending on traffic but can't afford another day. Well. I was there within 5 minutes of helping a lost dog while sweeping out the U-Haul . I know this because I took pictures and it is time stamped on my phone. I was told that I didn't return it until 1130 and that just wasn't true. I called to ask about this charge. That is how I found out that I was charged for ,2 days instead of one. Hell, if I had known that I would have kept it that day and used it. Thanks for nothing. I used service before and referred people to Crazy Rays....not again. That would be crazy
