I asked to pick up in New London and you changed it to Darwin 30 miles away in different direction. When we got there to pick up no one was there to help and the process online was difficult and slow being somewhere without great service also the key lock was frozen had to warm it up to open and the parking lot was dangerously icy. Then when I returned the truck tou also scheduled it at a different location then I requested again out of the way and the location in coon rapids had. O signs where to park and storage hate closed had to park on street in cauldesac... extremely poor service and difficult process and no one helpful at any locations or on the phone... never using uhaul againashley M.
There was a drift of packed snow in front of our truck and the truck was fully surrounded by ice - it took several minutes of back and forth rocking of the truck to get out, complicated by all the ice.Nathan K.

We ask for a two day rental. I could not access my account on my phone at the puck up location so the lady did it on the computer. I didn't get any paperwork and I said it's not showing up on my phone....it never did. Therefore we didn't know that the rental was only one day until we got a call from the Jerome Fehn who really saved the day. We had to get our large group of mover/helpers to step up the unloading and get the the truck back to Mankato. We were more than 3 hours late but Jerome Fehn really helped us out of a very bad mistake in the initial rental. When we went in to ask for a printed copy the lady was gone, I mean disappeared. No one was in the office the guys in the yard said she was gone. There was no instructions and no paperwork for the truck. Also we picked up the truck with only half tank of gas in it. Thank goodness for Jerome Fehn who showed us some very good customer service which is hard to find these days and very much appreciated.Candace C.
