My one way reservation became a round trip, not sure where. That caused everyone a lot of time to correct. Fix the glitch! Your customer service rep said that's happened more than once recently. Not only my reservation changed.

Staff don’t know their jobs, equipment was dirty, I had to clean before use, the lady was rude.
Ahryn ALot was muddy, and I didn't agree with the fuel charge since I put 4 gallons in it, but otherwise the experience was good.
TARA Zuhaul should provide a discount for people returning the rental vehicle within 24 hours.
