Never!! I wish I had read the reviews I would have NOT gone there. It's in the middle of no where, I mean no body else was around. Dump of building, no signs except to warn you to stay away. Signs about dogs that hate people and will bite. No signs only knew it was uhaul cause of the trucks there. Pictures on the door show targets for shooting like here is where you will be shot!!! Person was RUDE!!! I called 800 gouhaul and complained. They gave me the district supervisor who claimed he had no idea. After reading these reviews how could he not!! I can't believe they just let any Joe shmo have a uhaul renting facility. Very scarry for us two women picking up the truck. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE. Drop off location in Quakertown was fabulous 👌

Miashell FChange the gas refund policy. The fact that they cannot issue you a refund if you return the truck with more gas than you got it with is absolutely absurd. I am out $100 and the company won’t do anything to make it right! By the way your gas calculator sucks.

catherine kWhen I got there to pick up the uhaul I went in even though I chose mobile check in because I was never did it before. I said excuse me like 4 times there was a guy who even looked right at me 3 of those times. The last time I heard another voice say “yeah?” I said “I’m here to pick up a uhaul” he just yelled back very rude “you chose to check in yourself” with no direction of where I had to go or anything. So my kids and I walked out like “wow how rude!” But we manage to figure it out. When I returned the uhaul I went to put the key in the drop box but there was a a dog right before the box just staring at me barking. And there was signs on the building that said “beware of dog. Dog will bite” so I’m standing there like how am I supposed to return this key?? I’m not gonna chance getting bit. Finally a guy came out because the dog wouldn’t stop barking and I handed him the key and said “I wasn’t going to walk up the to the box because the dog is right there and I read your sign that the dog bites” and he said “yeah you don’t want to do that”. Either the drop box for the keys or the dog need to be moved into a different location so people can safely return the uhauls. I will not use this place again. I’ll continue to use the place in Paxinos, PA. They were so much nicer and so much easier to deal with.

Rachael KLast comment I got from the guy there was “we’ll have a great fucking day”. Told me the gas gage was not where the guy drew a highlight mark on the paperwork. The gas gage was moving around and ended up charging an extra $17 for gas.

Barry BOther than a lack of rental equipment and in the boondocks of the world the location was OK. My issue is with corporate. I made an online rental, pickup and return a 15' van and furniture dolly. Had I not called to confirm, I would have had to drive almost an hour north to pickup the van, that did not exist at the location scheduled. Not only would I have been inconvenienced I would have paid additional miles. So I cancelled and rented a more expensive and larger van that happened to be on site. Then when I get to the location there is no furniture mover which I reserved. Just a fiasco and mostly due to corporate and not the local site. I will look elsewhere in the future.
