The guy was so rude and I don’t recommend this location to nobody he got into an argument with me he called me stupid
Eliezer RI was picking up rental by phone but the gps pin said I wasn’t at the correct location. I had to walk into an open field and it finally accepted it…after 45 minutes.

Thaddeus PWhere do I start. 1st the location for pick up. I made a reservation 1 month earlier to pick up at the Shamokin Dam location which is 8 miles from my home and drop off in Brockton Mass. The Wednesday before my pick up they notify me that my pickup location was changed which was 45 miles one way from my home. So why make a reservation. 2nd I ordered moving blankets and there was none. And then they changed my drop off location. The person at the drop off location who was very good said I should not have been charged the flat rate since I only had it 2 days. Your system is very flawed and I would like a call back to discuss this.
